    21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
    Front squats (dumbbell, but subbed 135 lb bar)
    Toes-to-bars
    *100-meter farmers carry after each round.
    ♀ 35-lb DBs ♂ 50-lb DBs
    Time: 23:39
    Definitely slept on the farmers carry at the start of this. Expected the grip to go obviously but didn’t realize how terrible the lungs would feel. You start trying to pickup the pace to decrease time under tension but honestly pushing with the dumbbells just destroys your body more than expected. Truly believed I’d hit the front squats immediately each time but needed to catch my breath, especially near the end. This was not a typical 21-18-15…where you are close to done after the round of 15 because by then you still have a majority of the carries left and they get closer to each other since the reps decrease. It’s crazy how gone the grip was at the end. Some of it was due to sweat but I was genuinely slipping the entire time and could hold on at the beginning and couldn’t by the end. Overall nastier than anticipated, nastier if you ise dimbbells the entire time. Give this one a go!
