    Pretty brutal one here. Everything just took way longer than anticipated. About 30 extra seconds on the run, which is fine considering the goal on the run was just to complete it without destroying the legs or lungs. Then the couplet took about 15 seconds longer per round than anticipated. Surprisingly it wasn’t the cleans that was the limiter, although they weren’t pretty or very efficient. The wall balls destroyed me and I split most rounds into some scheme of 7-6-6-6, with relatively large breaks. Overall, the most disappointing part was a mistake I used to make a lot early on reared it’s ugly head here. I’ve worked really hard on going straight into the next movement without resting, and allow the tests to happen during the same movement to save time. Well here I took hug transition breaks which is sad considering I was only trying to complete about 7 wall balls to start or a single clean or two. Still, devastating and happy to complete it. Give this one a go!
