    Not my typical time domain, but man did this short one really hurt. Think I paced this as though it was 3 rounds and kind of crashed and burned by the start of the last round. Double unders went terrible. Was planning unbroken the first and last round with a single break on the two middle rounds but none of that happened. Deadlifts were poor as well, with the terrible mistake of stepping away from the bar during some of the later rests. Without watching back, the only thing that stayed relatively consistent was the box jumps which is odd because that’s the area I used to catch my breath. Despite not a lot of good going on, I was able to finish just under my goal. Give this one a go!
