    Every minute (including the start) do 1 power snatch @ 70% of 1RM power snatch
    Started at 115 lbs but quickly saw that I’d have to take a little more time and focus to hit that weight the whole time and it wasn’t what I was looking for. Dropped it to 95 after about 12 rounds. The box step ups can’t be rushed so wanted to finish those in 3 minutes. Although a ski would probably hurt more in this one with the lower back, using the rower was tough because of the longer transitions in and out. Couldn’t push at all, especially on the second row and was just hoping to get the snatch plus 12/13 cals each minute. Went American swings which was not wise, destroyed the shoulders and was the main reason I changed the weight on the snatch. I also underestimated the burpees and realized my goal of 14 a minute was most closer to 12. Tough one but I like this format of more reps if you take longer, although this punishment wasn’t terrible. Give this one a go!
