8. Watching Ricky Garard lose to Fraser and Fikowski even though he was using

Sam Briggs' high fives defined me as a Crossfitter - every time I go out of a run in a WOD I high five everyone because of her
I would say Rich Froning's Sunday charge in 2013 and 2014 was pretty epic as well.

#1 and #2 were spot on. Bridges finish still gives me chills, Mat coming from behind on the sprint is so incredible to me. I’m glad the cameraman is fast but don’t take away from the magic of Mat’s moment that he summoned something from within and found another level.

That 2016 sprint event was the beginning of Matt Fraser’s dominant run for 5 consecutive titles. It became one of his defining moments.

Ben Smith in 2015 completing his 2nd lift in the clean and jerk event as well as Ben Smith walking off heavy DT like he just finished stretching still gives me chills!!!!! Also the commentary on the Cinco with Froning hand-stand walkin his way to a 3rd straight was epic
2016 it was a incredible year for the games! Those 2 last moments were the greatest of all time for sure, but for me, marston and mat's run were far iconic, still gives me goos.

BKG's Murph in 2015 was unreal, especially in that heat where they had a couple athletes having to pull out due to heat stroke. Also Margaux Alvarez in the Marathon Row event

It’s up to science and drug testing to punish those that use. 🤷🏻♂️ I just think it would be a hell of a lot more entertaining to watch than a quarter of the events that take place.
