My Review on Nioxin Shampoo, treatment to stop thinning hair & hair loss.

- Im doing a different type of video today that's not meant to sound like an infomercial. I'm doing this video as a favor to a friend who saw what shampoo I use. Turns out it's the same shampoo that his hair surgery doctor suggested to him. There are a lot of products out there to address thinning hair, but this one has worked for me. He asked me to do a video to let people who are worried about hair loss and thinning hair, that there is a product out there that can help.
I had problems with my kidneys swelling up about 10 years ago that required me to take steroids and a mild dose of a drug that is used in chemotherapy. That drug caused hair loss. At the time I was just as worried about the hair loss as I was about fixing the kidneys. I heard that this shampoo system would help limit the hair loss from my doctor. I've been using it ever since.
It is not marketed to regrow hair. It does however help stop thinning hair and hair loss.
"Although Nioxin shampoos do not promote themselves as hair loss products, it is possible they can help in the regrowth of hair by removing sebum from the scalp when used. Sebum contains testosterone and dihydrotestosterone, often called DHT. DHT is believed to be the leading cause of male pattern hair loss."

I think that if the problem is purely cosmetic hair. That is what that external adverse effects on the skin or scalp. Dandruff, hard water, poor shamput, aggressive UV, cold, etc. That this shampoo will help, certainly. If you have hereditary androgenetic alopecia, it is possible to simply delay the thinning and hair loss. But as correctly noted in the video, if the hair fall out the restore can only transfer. +Kensurfs It is sad. I once had the long hair, but with 25 years of hair growth halved. Fortunately, the hair is still there. My father, a bald 40, so that I still have about 8 years, like with hair. And then not so scary. But for myself, I know exactly what I will shave my head. And even a little bit to be in a club with Hippocrates and Bruce Willis.

I hope you all are treating the inside as well as the outside. You should be using Saw Palmetto and Pumpkin seed oil to block the dht.. Derma rolling would be a good option as well.. Adding Rosemary oil and Virgin Organic Coconut Oil into your shampoos and conditioners wouldnt hurt either..

My best friend sent me some. My hair had fallen out so much I was buying and wearing wigs. Almost about to shave my head. I’ve been laid up from back injury, 2 back surgeries. So I began using only the shampoo 2-3 times/week and it may have taken me longer than most, but in the past few weeks I noticed changes. This past week I realized my hair wasn’t falling out! Amazing! My hair is starting thining. correct me if I'm wrong?? Nioxin helps slow down or even stop hair lost? it doesnt grow hair if u are in a bald stage ? only if u are thinning? is it dangerous? does effect ur testosterone or sex drive? i juss bought level 2 and my hair feels smooth and strong

Does this system not have Minoxidil in it? I'm guessing that's why he said that it won't regrow hair.... because Minoxidil is most certainly supposed to regrow hair...

only2 catchup they have products for people with chemically damaged hair that will work for sensitive hair, I think system 3 is for light thinning and system 4 is for heavy thinning so check them out

I use to use that Nioxin, didnt do anything for me. I have been using mak hair products zoe hair growth shampoo and condition for a year now and it works great! No more hair loss and grows so much faster.

As for the conditioner you mentioned that you do feel it work on your scalp. However I understand that conditioner is not supposed to be applied to your scalp but the mid section of the hair down to the ends. In this particular brand you have to use it that way?
I massage it all through my entire hair
It’s because the shampoo is quite drying and strips the scalp of oils so the conditioner moisturises the scalp
I noticed a huge difference in 4 months I had even had blood work and seen a dermo I'm a 36 year old female and my dermo said use this and it is working I shampoo every night and this shampoo doesn't build up it gives me great shine and I love the peppermint smell

I've been using Nixon for a few years. I don't use it all the time because it drys out your hair , but this shampoo does work . I use Nixon about every 3 weeks or so to get the build up gone . I also use a hair growth shampoo that's all natural and I buy it at Walmart and its not very expensive.
Can i ask you what bottle did you bought? i bought 1 liter and it came just the bottle and is produced on march 2021 and on the bottle it says is good for 1 year since it was opened but i couldn't say if was opened or not...
nioxin does nothing to stop or slow hair loss. how do i know? because i used it for many years BEFORE my hair loss started. to my knowledge it has never claimed to do any thing for hair loss , it is a VOLUMIZING shampoo. i highly recommend it for that purpose. i still use it. it will make your hair look fuller. another good but cheaper alternative is head and shoulders 2 in 1 full and thick shampoo. my dermatologist said that dandruff / inflammation will absolutely speed up hair loss. regenepure dried my hair out bad , and there is not enough evidence to support its efficacy . i use it 1 or 2 x monthly. but yes nioxin is a very good product.

Have you not done ur own customers reviewers, Kensurfs? Nioxin does regrow hair for many of them. Why bother to pay lots of money for this product just to STOP hair from shedding & thinning almost instantly, when you can easily do that by simply using fermented white rice water? Which by the way, also helps with regrowth of hair.
Dianne Anderson it stopped it falling out when I was on a chemotherapy drug. So after all this time I still use it

Thats what I have been doing for years. In my experience it helped me loosing my hair slower I guess. I think if I didn't use it I would have lost my hair way before.

I use the MAK vitamin shampoo and conditioner too, great products. They do have natural dht blockers Baicapil, Propolis, Sepicap MP, Saw Palmetto..
Dht can only be blocked through the blood!!
I tried Nioxin! Didn't work for me! I found Nizoral shampoo every second day fantastic. My hair is slowly coming back!

Argan Life hair care products are awesome. It makes my hair look silky without weighing it down. That's a trick since my hair is frizzy from bleach, dye, and gray. This conditioner also doesn't make my scalp itchy the way everything else I've tried does (even other natural products). I look forward to seeing the results of extended use.
