  • My name is Thamar, but you can call me Tammy. I struggle with too many mental issues, lol, but don't we all? On this channel I film most of my struggles, I'm not that open in real life though. I'm not promoting any kind of (eating) disorder, I'm just documenting my life. I'm very hapy to have you Little Lemons accompany me. Thank you SO much!

It's odd to hear you planning for your next binge. I feel like for you, the only thing you can do is cut this shit out completely. I know it sounds drastic but I did it and I've never been happier. Its been almost a year now and being free from the grip junk food has on you is honestly so liberating

Wow that's amazing. I'm (was?) a binge eater as well, and my life changed completely when I got all of the junk out of the house. I went a step further and I actually don't eat fruit and wheat, which are other things that can spike your blood sugar and make you want to eat. I eat a lot of vegetables, beans, nuts and seeds, eggs, meat... A lot of people think I'm extreme when they hear I don't eat any junk and I don't eat fruit, but the way I was before was way more extreme.

Do you specifically grave Ben&Jerry's or just ice-cream in general? In Germany we have ice-cream with a lot less calories. An entire tub is less than 400 calories. If you have ice-cream like this in your country, you could try to satisfy your cravings with it. It would be less damaging. I'm sorry about what you have to go through 😔

I always thought I have a sweet tooth, but I couldn't eat that much. Most I have eaten is like two Snickers or a bar of chocolate before my period. Also, the amount of processed sweet food in shops in Denmark is insane and I would even say a little disgusting. I know people should make smart choices for themselves, but they aren't making it easy with this kind of products being available.

I recommend you to don’t compensate the calories and don’t count calories because you have an Ed and knowing that you had more calories just triggers to binging and also don’t do planned binges like you’re going to do after your weight in
Also if you’re craving a Reese’s eat it and move on with your day having one piece of chocolate is not bad you don’t have to compensate and also try not to label food as good or bad because that just triggers a binge 💗 hope that these tips helped :)

@@lololol5691 The thing is I think it's really hard to get out of a binge eating disorder and I think it's even harder to do so without professional help. I'm not sure bingeing on Salad would work because she seems to be depriving herself during the rest of the time, which leads up to bingeing in the first place.
But yes I think setting herself up for binges like this and also planning binges after weigh ins is definitely not helping her recover. I'm sure she's trying, I just don't get this aspect of the whole thing.

Im in recovery after a long lifetime of suffering from ED stemming from SA in childhood. This was TRIGGERING and angered me. I hear the excuses i would tell myself. I hear ENTITLEMENT. it was difficult to watch and maybe you should have included a WARNING. im not angry at you or that you shared it . Just wish you could of warned us. Not all your subs are in active addiction some of us are blessed to be in recovery. I protect myself from my past behavior. It creates a safe environment for me . I highly recommend a 12 step program for anyone who currently is in active food addiction. WE CAN RECOVER!! just like a drug addiction can kill you a food addiction is no different. In fact its harder to recover from food addiction because you still need to eat in recovery unlike drug and alcohol addiction that you totally omit from your life . You need to develop a healthy relationship with food and learn how to shop and cook. Until that is possible, it took me a decade i highly recommend a food buddy. Someone who you trust to keep you ACCOUNTABLE!! Especially when shopping. Nobody who is MORBIDLY OBESE AND SUFFERING FROM ED NEEDS BEN AND JERRYS ( ESPECIALLY MULTIPLE CARTONS AND CHOCOLATES) IN THE HOUSE. you don't deserve it because you are walking you dont deserve it because you lost a few pounds you don't deserve it because you have not binged . Thats the addiction talking . I told myself i could have a cheat meal when I reached a healthy weight for my height . I am there now for over a year and I refuse to eat it. Im not shaming. It is hard to witness the addiction that could have killed me . It was literally painful and brought me to tears .
