    Great workout vid! The Algo got me here.
    A few tips for a greater gains:
    *Slower tampo, especially on the eccentric
    *On the upright row with the barbell, you should try to hold in a bit more narrow grip, it would help you get a bit higher with your elbows which means a bigger range of motion of your shoulder and anterior deltoid.. keep up the great work!
