      ​@@uaregreatI think it's like dry fruits in the early morning 3 soaked almonds and 2 walnuts then mid morning one fruit or fruit salad then at lunch time you can add tomato in the salad. I'm not sure just guessed it. Also we can take some smoothies or shakes for breakfast or snacks.

    I feel 2 hours gap between dinner and bed is less.At least need 4 to 5 hours gap and shd finish dinner maximum by 7 pm for healthy living.

    It will be overwhelming for people like who won't do a single thing in the list
    So for new year resolution I decided to do atleast 3 of them
    My easy picks are
    7 hours of sleep
    3 meals and
    5 fruits
    When I achieved these I will try to add another 3
    Hopefully I will complete atleast 5 or 6 of them before year end

    Alhumdulillah (thanks to Allah), we muslims already have 5 rest breaks in a day which are daily prayers. Each and every thing in islam has benefits.

    Jindagi me agar kuch dhang ka kaam karna hoga to ye sare niyam dhare ke dhare rah jaynge.
    Kuch great karne ke liye sare kaamon ko chhodkar sirf usi kaam me dil dimag sab laga dena padta hai, tab jakar milta hai result.
    Itna set life jiyenge to life me kuch bhi nahi hasil ho payega

    Drink water according to your body needs depending on the work you do, the place you live in (humid or arid ), the prevalent season (summer/ winter/ rainy)!!!
    Don't blindly follow !
    Listen to your body !
    The same holds good with food also 😅

    I followed almost 6-7 rules out of 9 but believe me bro end of day, one thought come in mind how to earn money 😂..
    Money is really important bcz every one asking what are you doing that time I stopped...
