    You look amazing in both pictures! You clearly are very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I am in my 50s and have fibromyalgia...could you suggest anything to help exercise wise? Your recipes always look healthy and nutritious and fairly easy to prepare.

    Hey girl, i’ve lost 20kg. Is my first week on toning up since i lost all the weight. Does it take ages to see progress with toning? Also, my issue is my stomach rolls is it a bit difficult to be toned on that area? Thanks
