Health and Safety is nobody’s idea of a fun discipline. But Health & Safety is another thing that is your responsibility as a Project Manager. So, if you decide it is a necessary document to have, how do you write a Health & Safety Plan for Your Project?
Your Health & Safety Plan needs to have 5 sections:
1. Context
2. Plans
3. Emergencies
4. After an Incident
5. Sign-off
