    Thanks a lot for the video, Mr. Houraghan. Extracting that level of information without doing any interviews is difficult for me -- I don't know where to find that amount of information or how to at the moment. And if I were to do interviews, doing enough to have covered a significant market portion is difficult as well.

      Start with what you know...
      Build a hypothetical person and replace assumptions with fact through guerilla research... use software like Sparktoro to help... this interview with Rand Fishkin will help - czcams.com/video/SUNLVR7-C-w/video.html

    Thanksss a lot! God bless you🌺 According to me, the seventh step must be using a tool. For example, I'm using WASK for determining the right target audience. It has a good target audience feature. You can locate potential clients through a variety of methods. The savvy audience option, in particular, performs admirably. It automatically locates your intended audience.

    Question - how would you go about revealing their emotions?

    • @BrandMasterAcademy
      @BrandMasterAcademy  Před 2 lety +1

      You can find it in behind their objectives and goals (there fears and desires are lurking here)... what do they want to achieve, why and what are the consequences of not achieving it

      When you know what emotions they're going through you can appeal to them... for example if their desire is to feel a sense of freedom... you paint the picture of what that freedom looks like using emotional language

      Obstacle is just another word for Challenge.
      Obstacles/Challenges are what needs to be overcome in order to reach the goal and succeed

      Start with what you know and believe to be true, then confirm as best you can with research including questionaires, surveys and guerilla tactics

    Can you explain HOW you could possibly know where a peerson eats, what sports they do, what is their life's goal. I understand how this could be done on a single, uniques person, but a market segmnt??? Almost every eBook, cheat sheet, whitepaper etc says the same thing. Most of us know these statements, but I have always (and still do) struggle with 'How on earth do I find out these things.

    • @BrandMasterAcademy
      @BrandMasterAcademy  Před rokem +1

      There are a few ways…
      Use software and tools such as Sparktoro and Survey Monkey to interview segments of the market…
      Or do guerilla research on groups, social profiles and forums (This can be heavy lifting)
      Either way, you pay with time or you pay with money… But no one hands you this information - you have to go looking

    This is really all the what, not really how. How do you actually find this information? How do you know that person is your target market. How do you actually research this? Tools? How do you know the person you are researching is the person that will actually be your target market

    • @BrandMasterAcademy
      @BrandMasterAcademy  Před 2 lety

      This depends on your budget. If you have money to spend you can send out surveys to sample sizes of your market or use software such as Spartoro... if not, you have to be more resourcesful such as piecing together the information using readily available information online (Eg social profiles of your competitors followers can offer a lot of insights)
