We clean our Laundromat every night. Clean out dryer vents, wipe down all the machines, all the surfaces, clean the bathroom, sweep, and mop floors.
With that being said, we have a great clientele who appreciates our clean facility. Business is great!!
We need more dryer vent cleanings!!
did industrial epoxy in mine, with 1/4" flake and some glitter, used an industrial floor company not a fly by not garage epoxy person. put silica sand just in walk ways. super easy to clean, brightens the place up and the IRS does not know if they do your garage at home as well (wink emoji)
Great audio Ca-Ching Ca-Ching with every machine emptied 😂
If you end up doing LVP make sure to glue it down. We made the mistake of not doing that and now get water under the floor every once in a while. I want to try epoxy next time.
I was wondering about water getting under it. Every time i asked someone, no you'll be fine. Thanks for the advice.
I like epoxy. But boy is it picky. Of three mats i have only one is holding up. One place the epoxy is actually pulling up the concrete. I'd also love to try ceramic over the epxoy. Not sure it would stay.
As always good stuff
I have a feeling your coin laundries will be busy before thanksgiving.
I like the way you think!!
we do this at our matt 3 times a day daily how often do you do yours? we also spray sanitize each washer after each use
Have the touch washers shown a dramatic increase in sales with the upselling features? I got a full retool of them next month.
Yes, not sure the touch draws them in as much as just being new. Customer really go to the big 60lb and 40lbs.
What spray type stuff are you using to play your washers
You should be wearing gloves
What is the square footage of your building?
This store 1200sqft.
What are you spraying on them ???? Is it cheaper than stainless steel cleaner 🤣!!!!
Did you ever put your coins pusher out on floor ?
The amount of cigarette butts in front of the first dryer or washer, you cleaned first . 🤮🤦♂️
Yea you imagine they washed them then they fell out in dryer!!!
What do you use to clean stainless steel without leaving water marks?
Wd40 or a stainless polish. Wd40 does attract dust.
Stainless steel cleaner is what we use!
@@ingedaniels1300Have you tried Windex’s Vinegar formula? It is clear, and seems to release crud off the surface quickly. When washing my cleaning towels, I avoid using fabric softener & dryer sheets (instead use vinegar), as those grease residuals make the wiping process harder.
