How does one check if the business is profitable or will be profitable before a purchase? How do you check the financials? What financials do you check? That is something that needs to be discussed.
Go to CZcams, and google laundromats. There are plenty of channels that have a breakdown of how to buy a laundromat.
You don’t make the money in the change machine. Your gross income for the week is what you actually have in the coin boxes not what’s in the bill changers. People will often get $20 in quarters and if they don’t use them all they’ll take them with you, so that is not gross profit.
You should fix your machines instead of making videos on CZcams. Yes I know where your store is. I live part time in South OC

How do you prevent machines from breaking? I've seen some people washing some knarly stuff in laundromats.
Do you buy laundromats from previous owners? Finance with them and then still pay the landlord the lease for the building? Also do you retool the store or fix old equipment. Thank you great content.
