For me the ground part is chipped from my brother accidentally stepping onto the headphone jack while it was in the controller and it bent it and I don’t know how to rid it
Hi I fixed mine with the same jack , mic works fine when using laptop or iPhone but mic still not working on Xbox , the sounds work just fine on any device .
I raged at Fortnite and flung my controller and headphones off and the jack broke off and was still plugged into my controller. I don’t know if it’s fixable. They’re turtle beach headphones, but they’re a little different than the ones in this video. They’re the $25 ones that have the bendable mic on them
At 5:20 I saw the right audio thing and I dropped my phone a few minutes ago, ran my fingernail gently around the black part and it's working better than ever

If you juste cut the jack and replace it with a new one it should work
