Nice video, simple and effective instructions. I only have a question regarding the socket part, I can see that the socket comes with a screw like thing with it. I'd rather not use superglue, or any type of adhesive, so I don't ruin the headphones. Can't you just make the hole big enough so that the back side of the socket enters the headphone shell, and then screw the bolt from the inside?

You could just twist them together and tape them up however it will be bulky af and may disconnect later on.
