I am a woman and i am really glad that this is being talked about. There are women like me that are listening. I am making it a point to work on character by essentially doing hard things and putting myself in hard situations, meditating praying and inner-reflection; and physical appearance by exercising every single day for 6 months. I already lost 60 ibs i have 20 more to go and increase muscle mass further so as I age (28 now) I don’t suffer from osteoporosis and a loss of muscle mass. I want to be as agile and flexible as possible

Humans in general would. Most men don't face reality either. But most of us get nothing unless we face up to it so I think that's why the gender ratios are skewed on this. But it's still not all women delusional and all men living in reality.
