On April 21, 2024, The Little River railroad ran a rare doubleheader with their two steam locomotives, #1 and #110 from Coldwater, Michigan to the nearby town of Quincy for the 50th anniversary of the railroad.
    Built in 1911, by the Baldwin locomotive works, #110 has the distinction of being the smallest 4-6-2 pacific ever built for a standard gauge railroad. #1 is an 0-4-0 saddle tank locomotive built by Vulcan in 1908.

    Great video! Thanks for uploading this! I was suprised to see that they installed gates at the Lott Road crossing replacing those crossbucks that have been there for years. They must have been installed just recently because I don't remember seeing them when I rode behind #110 for the easter excursions.

      Thank you! I never realized that there were crossbucks there before. This is my first visit to the railroad. It's a nice little operation.
