- Some context: so we looked up this guy from the "most wanted list" in a police database, and it turned out that he indeed was a convicted criminal, but he actually committed a negligence homicide, and got only one year of probation because he had a young child at the time.
So basically, he's not a murderer on the loose, but just a wannabe gangster. Still, he has that unmistakable "air of the nineties" about him, characteristic of many Russian men of that time, and could easily turn out to be one of them.
