Ofc He wouldn't get arrested for that in Russia, since he's just being rude by almost hitting an officer with a door. In america, where most citizens are allowed to have guns, opening a door this way would not be "rude" but plain "threatening", since the very next second the officer could have been shot by a criminal.

Not that it would prevent drivers from doing so but I feel like if the local police departments need some cash why don't they stand on the sidewalks and issue fines, they'd never blow their budget!
