Same! Guest-spots is such a good way to freshen up a dnd/roleplay show and a perfect way to involve people who can't put in the time it takes to do a full campaign. I know Drawfee/college humor does/have done similar things and it works so well!
i absolutely agree! it’s a fun way to involve people who maybe can’t dedicate time to extensive character building but can still join in on the fun. and also give damien someone else to play off of!
I really hope Courtney isn’t ever a guest on this. She’s bad at improv and she’ll just play either a bimbo or a fuckboy-type character and it’ll ruin the immersion

Almost 2 whole American Hours long?! And Ian as a guest?! Phenomenal! Even though I’m sure it’s probably difficult to make this show, I hope it gets more than two seasons. The whole group is amazing and Damien and everyone else has worked so hard on it. It deserves so much love.

Ugh i watched literally every episode yesterday. Im not big on high fantasy media, typically, but I'm enjoying these characters sm. Honestly, it has been kind of nice listening audio only at the gym without feeling like Im missing anything. Its probably helping my attention issues, haha.
I'm definitely commenting an insane amount anytime something fun and noteable happens again. I'll be damned if this series doesn't make it or feel adored, Smosh will be sick of me at the end of this season 🙏

Love those settings Damien came up with, what a blast. A lot of social interaction, inspires me for my own campaign, this made me realize we might be a bit low on quirky characters to talk to and just fun activities that are not just combat.
I love that canonically Bug is a fraud paladin because he literallly has no oath.
