Can never understand why some van drivers insist on committing blatant traffic violations with their company's name emblazoned on the side of their vehicle.

It never ceases to amaze me the amount of people who have a bruised ego after someone passes them. Just drop back and grow up!
If someone wants to go faster than you, then why not let them overtake. It's so much easier to avoid someone if they do something stupid when they are in front of you.
I mean.. I do love a spirited drive along a country road with nice bends, but if someone is behind me wanting to go faster then I let them past me. There's no point harming their fun on a faster fun drive than I'm having.

Not me but no. Car in front was in a lane that was going where it wanted but moved to the right lane, then indicated all the way around the roundaboutas if it wasn't taking that exit then just slowly sits in the lane when there are merge markers. I'd want to get far away from that driver as well.

So confused by the number of people who will stop at a junction, look both ways, see a car is coming and then still pull out at the very last minute 5:10, it happens all the time
Yep, they look, see you coming and THEN pull out when you're on top of them. I think some people are just dumb.
It's crazy, like their brain goes into neutral having done the right things initially.

7:01 Fionntan is all over the road then undertakes on a merge and is shocked that the other driver flashed them? It is pretty clear the other car is unfamiliar with the roundabout so just give them the space.

The flash was unnecessary. The were dawdling for whatever reason and were passed without incident, albeit not entirely correctly.

I would guess the Range Rover was looking for an adress and waving the cammer past, just not doing it very well.
Alex @7:23 "no context for why this happened was provided" yes well it was flimed on a phone, so that is a reaction to something that has happend off camera, most likely the vehicle with the camera in it has upset the merc somehow and the merc felt a brake check was required and you are sending in the clip to try get support on your side by showing half the incident.

Sutton Coldfield @3:33 . That lane twist causes confusion all the time. They should change it so people coming down the ramp from the car park have to give way to the three lanes, and leave the 3 lanes straight as an arrow. I drive along here almost everyday

Sometimes I wonder how are cammers so unaware of their own bad driving
First it was break checking, now it’s mounting the curb. The level for what’s considered acceptable behaviour in a car appears to get worse with every decade or so.

James R were you tailgating and they were trying to wait for a clear stretch to let you pass? Think we may have needed the previous minute.
This clip was on another channel before and he confirmed what some suspected that he did a little swerve earlier to avoid a pothole and the driver in front mistook it as an aggressive peak at an overtake and got annoyed.

@@makkapacca it might've been on one of Exposed: UK Dash Cams compilations from earlier this year where the clip was much longer. It must've well over a month ago because it's no longer in my notifications. James R himself commented on it. Maybe the clip was sent in with little context to this channel and the editor cut it short this time.

After 40 years of driving & riding motorbikes, I can give advice to less experienced drivers:
1) Just because your light is at green, don't assume vehicles won't come through at red.
2) If you see an erratic driver ahead, keep him/her in front of you.
3) When you see a car at a junction waiting to pull out, assume it will pull out even though you have right of way.
4) If you see a BMW, Audi. Range Rover or a big macho pick-up, assume the driver is a dickhead because 9 times out of 10 they are.
5) Let it go. If you suffer the antics of a wanker don't retaliate or get involved. Just let the situation go. Comfort yourself with the knowledge that their luck will run out and they'll have an accident before too long. Just thank your lucky start you weren't part of it.
Wise words.
6)remember right of way wont make your stay in hospital anymore enjoyable and worst case scenario wont pay your funeral bill

7.40 By the rules of dashcam channels any clips sent in taken on a phone with the incident already taking place are automatically the fault of the person sending them in. 👍🏼

you aren't allowed to straddle, touch or have them on your nearside unless exemption applies due to specific by-laws. You are however allowed to overtake, providing that you abide by the aforementioned rules. I think theres a exemption for under 15mph traffic as well

It's a waste of time having a dashcam that is of such poor quality that you can't even make out the number plate when you have an accident. I don't know if the resolution of some of these has been reduced for editing but if not best to buy a decent brand.
It could be a rubbish camera, or resolution set low, or over compression for uploading. I would disallow any uploads that were truly rubbish.
If the quality really is mouldy potato, then you run the risk of insurers and the police rejecting it as evidence. It's useless if you cannot clearly see what has happened and whom/what vehicle is involved.
Suspect that Audi that crashed into the Focus was either stolen or racing/chasing the other car just in front of it. They both seemed to be speeding. Or it could just be your typical audiot.
The VW van driver mounting the pavement, it looks to me that rather than no patience the driver just wasn’t paying attention, and hadn’t noticed the traffic in front.
As usual, most of these incidents and close calls could be avoided completely if people paid attention to what they were doing, slowed the f down and anticipated potential for things to happen, you know, like we used to be taught and examined on…

What a horrible driving. That some drivers aren't bothering what could happen to them, and others, just entering a roundabout, entering a street, cutting of everybody. I have a fast car but I do not drive like that. Imagine going over the sideway and your kid or so is just exiting the garden and such a van driver drivves there. I wouldn't stand in for myself. As a self initiative i would place a pole there because probably the city council does not do a thing for road safety in the U.K.

That was my thought. The Audi would have taken a real clattering, it would have been obviously very banged up, and you could see it going out of control.
There is no way you could hide that kind of damage and it would need repaired.

Which is why I always ease off when I'm approaching a light that has just changed to green. Too many drivers view stopping at a fresh red as an inconvenience and just keep going.

Presumably it is put on clips where the audio is muted or has copyrighted music in the background.

I feel like this compilation is different to the others. Like it’s not even drivers getting distracted or making split second decisions. They are genuinely just thick as fuck and making very dangerous decisions. So weird
