The fact that this is a consistent issue after a battery change is a serious, and potentially deadly issue. Changing a battery is something that will need to be done multiple times throughout a car's lifetime, so this is very troubling to see so many Chrysler cars with this issue.

If you you need to reset the throttle body, simply by push start button to run without turning engine on wait for the warning lights to go off engine light may stay on. Then push on accelerator pad all the way down then slowly bring it up then push start button to off wait a sec. Then start car and test drive[note] you may need to still clear codes if any
I put a throttle body in my Chrysler 200 a few years ago because it was going into limp mode Now it’s happening again First I reset computer Then drive it and it went into limp mode Before I had a scan code PO456 Which is emission system monitor which I replaced Issue is no acceleration jerking and bucking getting on freeway Still does this now That’s when I reset computer and then it went into limp mode. Is this a dodge Chrysler thing of going through throttle bodies?
I had the same problem with my 2016 200 going to work one morning. On top of that my low oil pressure light came on the same time. It scared the crap out of me. I though I blew my engine or something. So I did try cleaning it and checked my oil level too, my oil level was fine. But when I gave it gas or turned a corner the oil light would come back on. The limp would come back too and it's running awful real high and hesitating. I ordered a new throttle body and oil pressure sensor. I will also be changing the oil at the same time. Speaking of its time to get started.

You can turn it off for a couple of minutes and limp mode should reset....maybe clean the throttle body...sometimes there are codes in the system without the check engine light

Had exactly the same identical situation you had word for word. Only difference is I bought a new throttle body and the problem did not go away

also could of been a bad sensor wasnt sure tbh id try changing the sensor
My computer was the cause of my blinking bolt after changing the throttle body and alternator hope this helps

I don't have push to start so I turned the key on but the codes never left. Check engine and lightning bolt. Do you happen to know if that matters?

Exact same issue in my Chrysler 200 2016 too my oil temp sensor disconnects when I turn! I think it might be a wiring issue
