If you have push start push the button twice without pushed the brake. Worked for me.

It can be your throttle body position sensor which is what sets that angle he is talking about and what is on that white board in his background.
My check engine light won't blink. It did once but can't get it to do it again.

Change out everything possible and the miss fire was due to fuel pump not supplying enough fuel causing other code. This is on a 09 Jeep.

@@Wed-Fab I repacked throttlebody mass air sensor fuel pump idle control valve and manifold gasket and it finally passed inspection with 136,000 miles
