You’re a good man not blowing clippings onto the road! I’m not a motorcyclist, but I know they’ll love you for that, but what I appreciate is just that little extra detail of care to have e a nice looking place! Well done!
Thanks for the kind words. I've always been one to not blow into the road, even though only a handful of vehicles pass by every day. Definitely a pet peeve of mine. Appreciate you watching!
Thanks for that review. I am considering one of these for my steep WNC property.
You’ll love it. They really shine on slopes. Thanks so much for watching!
The 4520Z is the one to have if you're buying one.
Agreed! Just got off of ours. Great machine. Thanks so much for watching!
Impressive that the finish mower went through the heavier stuff. Doing a lot of research for right unit for our farm… leaning Ventrac. Any regrets?
No regrets for our application (maintaining stormwater ponds). We went with the finish decks for the side discharge, it really blows the clippings away. If I didn’t have to move and load heavy items, I would hands down trade my tractor for a Ventrac. It mows so fast. Thanks so much for watching!
Those things have their place for Ground engaging Equipment, Some cool ones to boot.
Do you by chance watch TRACTOR TIME WITH TIM from Indiana, Him And Christy have one ..
Mike M.
We use them mainly for pond maintenance. Have tried Power Trac and Kut Kwick and they don't even compare. Hard to beat the stability on slopes with anything else. I do watch Tractor Time with Tim, great content. Lots of cool toys. Thanks again for watching!
Not!!! New model with the same problems!!!😢
I hate to hear that. Luckily no issues with our machines. What problems are you having? Appreciate you watching!
@@FoxfireProjects let’s see, new axle housings due to a “machining issue “ 2 instrument clusters 1 slope gauge bolts backing out, electrical connectors to coils replaced because they sit above the muffler and get blistering hot and break. 80 amp fuse coming off alternator broken at connector because of heat. Clutch went out, axle seals leaked. That’s what I can recall without looking at my book. Love hate relationship, that’s what my psychiatrist says.🤪
@@32plug Holy cow! That's terrible. Has Ventrac or your dealer offered any help to resolve? I'm going to give our machines a good once over to look for some of these issues. Appreciate the heads up!
@@FoxfireProjects Ventrac did Not want to extend my warranty, so they came and picked it up after the mowing season and kept it for a couple months. They worked on a few thing and sent it back. Now, i am a private owner and mow 2 farms with steep hills, so it gets taken care of. I’ve spent more on ventrac than my Case 585,bobcat ZT or Scag 48 combined. I can’t live without it though. My tractor will roll on these hills. Would I buy another? Probably. 🤷♂️🤪
@@32plug Man that's rough. Hopefully you'll get it straightened out. Not much else out there comparable for slope work. Thanks again for watching!
