Those simple things you explained make it easier for the rest of us to not even have to question it. Don't pay attention to the rocket scientist who commented earlier. Great job on the video and thank you. 👍✌️

Thank you for making this so simple for me. I am recently widowed and have never had to perform vehicle maintenance on my truck. You've saved me a lot of money by showing me how to handle a simple job that a mechanic would have charged me a lot to do.

Thanks for making this video. I tried this the other day, and was thinking I'm going to break something getting to the filters, so gave up on what should be a very simple thing. I broke the tab today like you mentioned was a high probability, worked just fine. If tab completely breaks off next time, duct tape.🙂

That was the easy method I saw another video where the owner took off the screws, side panel, glove box, and even the door rubber installation a bit. Thanks again for your help. 😊

Howdy! Thanks for your video! It reminded me of how to change the cabin filter, in my "new, ol' truck" (2006 Frontier). It'd been a while. The old filter, thankfully, wasn't that dirty.

I have an issue inside where the cabin filters go the activator that looks like it brings the event from the dashboard down to your feet the activator arm is broken and keeps clicking when you try to use it. Anyone know if that's his if that part's able to be pulled out or if it's a whole heater core replacement I have to do?

I said "NO...I think I can handle the $20 spend online, and 15 minutes of my own time." What a joke the stealerships are.

You could probably make your own filter: buy a cheap furnace filter, cut it up and jury-rig it to work. Sure, you might have to change it more frequently, but it's cheap cheap cheap!
