PLANS COMING SOON | Paul Bunyan Wood Chopper

This is truly a dream come true for me, one that’s been 7+ years in the making.
I’ve finally got a good shop space to do metalworking in, and after a long break I’m jumping back into creating plans and build instructions for the Paul Bunyan Wood Chopper!
I started building this in 2015-16, with the goal of publishing plans so others could easily replicate it.
Meanwhile our little family was growing, we decided to get into homesteading as a major life direction, and I had to turn my full attention to getting my family on rural property, and into a workable home.
Three properties, two states, one additional child, and over 2,000 miles later, I finally have an amazing shop space where I can work on projects like this! With tools easily at hand, electricity within reach, lighting and shelter in place. This feels GOOD, and I’m so grateful for God’s gracious provision.
Let’s get some serious work done.

I demonstrated The Paul Bunyan Wood Chopper at the Modern Homesteading Conference in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho on June 30-July 1, 2023.
A lot of life has been happening lately so I was delayed in finishing up the plans.
But I’m getting close! 🤗

I’m doing my best to get the plans done by August 15th, “Lord willing and the creek don’t rise.” 😉
