This video gives a brief introduction to the UNI-T UT117C High-precision True RMS Digital Multimeter.
The UT117C is a handheld 60000-count multimeter with a silicone gold-plated test probe, anti-skid bracket, and magnetic strap, delivering a reliable and accurate test and measurement. The meter features functions of AC/DC 600V voltage measurement, 10A AC/DC current measurement, frequency measurement with LPF, continuity, and large capacitance measurement.

Does this tester have a low-pass filter that can be activated with any key?
There is a yellow button on the meter, that is the LPF key.The knob is switched to the AC gear, and then long press the LPF key, you can turn on the voltage LPF, and then you can measure.In the LPF function, short press LPF to switch to the frequency LPF function.
Hi, just updated smart measure to the Latest update. Now the app no longer have the dial pointer bar graph. Is that normal, the dial was removed in the update

Why any company would produce a 60,000 count meter with 0.3% DC volts accuracy is beyond me.
At least the UT61E 22,000 count meter has 0.05% DC volts accuracy, just stick close to 20-30 degs ambient use temp range.
There is a difference between number of display digits and accuracy.
Waiting now for the next model with auto hold and removable rubber holster just like the one with the 15,17,18b max holster and 1000v dc and AC voltage range

finally they do something decent in the continuity function gives the beep quickly.
UT61-E the same fast beep and measure
I have two doubts:
1. Does the supplied clamp measure AC current only or is it DC capable as well?
2. Is there a reason the current measurement through the clamp has such low resolution? If I use the switch in the mV position then can I get a higher resolution?
I have this meter now and been testing it, the dedicated current clamp mode is low res, you can get more reso in mv mode. The clamp only reads AC current. Even capacitance mode is low res

Can we do software update this meter using ng idm 2.0 app?
Hi Sir, thanks for reaching out. The firmware can be upgraded through OTA, and related possible problems can be solved through the upgrade. Adding or deleting corresponding functions is currently not supported.

If the voltage reference isn't good, the last 3 digits would be useless.
This one have 60000 display and 0.3% accuracy
Fluke have 55000 and 0.025% accuracy, is 12 times more accurate.

@@Aleksandr.BartovУ 61-го нет блютуса, неправильно нарисованные высоковольтные цепи, из-за чего даже 220 В мерять им опасно, нет подсветки, питание 9 В, нет положения переключателя для переменного тока и диодной прозвонки из-за чего надо ещё тыкать в кнопку пару раз, и отдельное гнездо для мА, из-за чего приходится часто переставлять красный щуп. Здесь они исправили ошибки 61-го и при этом не ухудшили прозвонку и автомат.

This is a professional electrician meter...They have much higher safety designed in them than hobby meters. This is half the cost of a Fluke 117, and the Uni T has a lot more features.
