- In this video I'll be gently talking you through a body scan with the question "Who does this belong to?" and returning it back, with the purpose of relieving you of thoughts, feelings, emotions, body pain, and any other energetic heaviness you have picked up on and held onto from others, and I will end with a non-speaking sound bath. I too have experienced that toxic form of spiritually in others, very shame based.
there are so many asmr elf roleplays on CZcams, its ironic sunna looks the most like an elf out of all, and she's not ever trying :D you were just born an Elf :D I'm loving the thumbnail. It is definitely uncomfortable to witness that projection on to self from others. Neurodivergent, I sense within me. I've speculated for a year that autistic-ness might be apart of my experience.

I want to be helpful because I like the concept of your channel and what you are trying to accomplish. As a therapist, I picked up on some things that are diminishing your power with the audience and would highly recommend reading Nick Morgan's book Power Cues. It is a game changer for anyone getting out in front of an audience and help your channel explode.
I will come back in a few months and be delighted to see you be able to help more people. You have the proper core and intention which is fundamental requisite, but you have the potential to reach further
