This is a cozy, soft spoken asmr hand movement video with a focus on the main Reiki symbols. Like in most of my videos you will receive distance energy healing, so feel free to set an intention for what you want to work on, or simply have the willingness to receive. I will be drawing the symbols throughout the video, talking about them a bit, as well as sending the energy to you, and clearing your energy field.

If you are new to Reiki healing and this channel then welcome! I so very much appreciate you stopping by. Reiki energy is pure life force energy that is channeled or directed by a person (in this case, me!) to anything you'd like to change, shift, release, or gain more of. So most of the time it is channeled through the hands of an attuned person to a receiver (another person, or an animal for example). As it is energy, you do not have to be in the same room to receive it, if the intention is clear. Most of the time the energy is super relaxing, anxiety and depression relieving and can also totally knock you out! Know that your body and your being are always in charge when receiving the energy.

Thank you! In this video (and the two before that) I used a Canon EOS 650D, but I actually use the BlackMagic Cinema Pocket usually, but I broke the charger and have been waiting for over a month for a new one. But this video came out really nice! I was also really happy with the lighting and then everything just goes smoother ☺️✨

So I watched the whole thing, and I am indeed very relaxed. With soft spoken voice like this it is too loud for me to listen before bed, but I love listening to your videos without earphones and just relax during the day. Gives me insane tingles, especially with hand movements. And I love this idea of getting rid of something that I carry, but that doesn't belong to me. And that this heaviness is actually something that isn't mine to begin with. Makes me want to accept it and to let it go, very eye-opening. I have a question for you Sunna - can you do an energy healing for yourself, as a reiki practitioner? And if not, do you have a trusted practitioner who works on you?
