❗❗❗ * Before cooking this dish, find out about all the risks of canning meat at home !!! Some people say it can be dangerous. I think it is dangerous to store canned meat for a long time or in the heat.
However, since it is a non-industrial cooking method, it is best to store it in the refrigerator for 1 month. I made 120g of salt per 1 liter of water and kept it in the fridge for 2 months, it was fine.
If you don't plan to store for a long time, you can use less salt (90g)

Heat 3 canning jars (500 ml) for 10 minutes at 100 ° C

For brine:
130-150 g of salt per 1 liter of water
let it boil
Pour brine into glass jars with meat and put the lid on (do not close tightly).
