    The fact that I had to type in "yoga from black instructor" is sad! I definitely subscribed to your channel. Your voice is very soothing. This made me feel a lot better eventhough I'm mentally drained

    I can't thank my friend enough for telling me about you and I can't thank you enough for what you're doing. I woke up today crampy, and PMSing because I have PMDD and I thought to myself, yoga would be helpful right now. You have yoga for everything! I appreciate you.     First video I’ve practiced with you but I love your style! Thank you for sharing your gifts I’ll definitely return!
    I’d never done barrel rolls before, I liked them but I think my body got a little confused 😂 I just had to giggle a little and go slow. She’ll figure it out with more practice. I’ll definitely start including barrel rolls into my practice if felt like such a release. Thank you again ❤

    thank you so much for this great video! i really wish you could have used some more peaceful music or frequencies for the background instead of something with a beat because it takes me out of the flow of the yoga.

      Thank you so much for watching! That’s understandable. You would like my chakra videos, they have more of that type of music. I like to use different music in my classes & in my own practice, so I switch things up.
