This family desrves a parcel of Filipino seasonings. They really appreciate Filipino dishes.
MAMA OLGA IS LIKE A FILIPINA LOLA 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭.....I miss my lola very much
Vanya eats almost anything. Not a picky little kid at all. This kid will live anywhere he goes.
It’s funny how despite being so far away, your family feels like someone we’ve known for a long time. ❤
Learn English is a Must!
I just can’t wait Sister Lisa’s reaction when they get to the Philippines. When she see the country, the markets, malls, beach, how to cook different filipino foods with veggies, soups, seafoods and more!! I just love to see her family enjoy being in the islands, eating the foods that they haven’t seen in their whole life. The sweet mangoes that only in the Philippines have offered. I love to see them eat every kind and type of Filipino foods of the different regions of the Philippines! I hope their visit will be longer, safer, healthier so they can really enjoy everything the Philippines offered to them. God bless everyone!!🇵🇭🫶🏻🇷🇺 Andrei, that ginataang shrimps looks very yummy!! Good job cooking it Sister Lisa and Mama Olga!!👍
that will be a well awaited day!!
😘❤️❤️❤️🫶🥹
Thank you
Masarap Ang ginataan hipon may kalabasa at sitaw at talong 🤤
Try cooking garlic butter shrimp also. It’s simple and easy to do. Main ingredients are only sprite or any lime soda, lots of garlic and butter. Everybody will love it and ask for more. You only sautéed lots of minced garlic 🧄 and onions 🧅 ( optional ) using unsalted butter then add the shrimp on medium fire, add your freshly ground black pepper then add sprite. Just calculate the amount enough to soak the shrimps. Let it absorb while constantly stirring the shrimps. You can add a little fish or shrimp sauce for more added taste. When it’s almost absorbed, add butter and continuously stir fry ‘till the color is totally red. It means, the shrimp 🦐 is cooked already then served to eat with rice. You can garnish it with green onions on top or parsley for aesthetic purpose and aroma. Sprinkle with squeezed lemon 🍋 also. Remember not to over fry the shrimps so the texture will not be rubbery but just stir fry it quickly. Make a dipping sauce of a spicy vinegar with onions, garlic and ground pepper. It’s an easy shrimp dish and delicious to eat. If you don’t have spicy vinegar, use tartar sauce instead. Hope Liza and mama Olga will try to cook it next time.
so nice to cook outside just like camping
Hello, Andrei, Mama Olga & Lisa,
Good job! Nothing like family cooking time. I just saw Mama Olga gave her seal of approval by wobbling her head 12:15 side to side- cute.
What a beautiful family-inside & Out.
To all viewers, please support Andrei & family. Please do not skip the ads on this channel as well as Sister Lisa’s channel & give it a 👍. God Bless & Good Health to all of you. Viewing from Upstate NY 🇺🇸
Masarap yan.. Pedi na rin lagyan ng vegies. Vanya loves what mom or lola olga cooks❤masarap
Hello Vanya, make sure you try this ginataang hipon,,, Vanya is so cute, he is always part of the eating, and he likes it,,
There's a Filipino dish called jumping salad. It's a raw small fresh water shrimp soaked in vinegar or calamansi with chopped red onion, ginger, and cilantro. They're eaten raw.
.that's Thailand dish NOT piglippino
@@josephlin4431very rude
Ginataang hipon can adds any vegetable like Calabasa(Squash or pumpkin)I also some spinach,it’s really yummy and healthy ❤
You should put the shrimp before the coconut first. When shrimps turn pink or orange, then you put the coconut. Also if ginger is included as that is seafood, the sequence should be ginger first, garlic (should turn slightly brown) then the onions ( should turn transparent) then the shrimp.
In visayas we put the coconut milk first before the shrimp shrimp is easy to cooked and you can't overcooked it cos it's gonna be gummy
Magandang umaga at maayong buntag Filipinez
Hi Audrey and mam Olga

MAMA OLGA IS THE BEST❤️
YOUR PLACE WAS HUGE AND IT WAS NICE TO SEE THE PLACE WITHOUT COVERED BY SNOW❤
Hello momi Olga watching from Japan god bless you po ❤
Your neighbors can only smell the aroma of your cooking 😉
It is good to see family with grandma still bonding and taking care of grandchildren. This is a culture that is vanishing in the American society and families. It shows that in Russia this practice or culture is preserved at least in the country side. Love it.
Recipe from the Mama Sita's cookbook again today and the cook out too. Nice.
Andrey's influence of Filipino dishes and desserts to his family and friends in Russia has been a success. Good job Andrey, you are
now like an ambassador for Philippine cuisine in your country and probably goes far outside of Russia through social media. Hope
you and your family will make the trip to the Philippines soon as planned. Safe travels!
This Russian family have a very good heart, I do appreciate their closeness ❤.

Its nice to know russian loves pinoy recipies... Keep learning everyday and soon you became like us..♥️🇵🇭❤🇵🇭❤🇵🇭
Seeing you eating together...i miss my mama now in heaven..😢
Mama olga try to strirfry shrimp first then when its cooked its time to put the coconut milk. So its like onion then garlic then shrimp then veggies last coconut cream or milk
@Filipinez : Some cooking MISTAKES: sautee first the GARLIC. When garlic turns brown, then the ONION... Then, the SHRIMPS so it will be cooked thoroughly. Then put a little water to cook hipon thoroughly. Then the rest of your vegetables, if you have. I suggest you can add a little squash, string beans and diced eggplant. Then your GATA, your salt, your patis... Let it boil completely to thoroughly cook everything.
Ay grabe ka kng mka comment nsa sa u yan kng alin ang unahin mo garlic or onion kya wag kng ano dyan.. last ang shrimp dhil madali lng lutuin...
@@yvondoro8646 Oo nga ang pagluluto no such thing as mali may kanyakanyang style. Very imposing naman ang comment. Veggies can opt for anything
they've got.
Pde nman hindi
Pwd Naman po unahin onions, mas matagal ngang magbrown Yan kesa garlic.
@@dblendyt1229 Inu-una ng iba ang onion kung ayaw nilang bina-brown ang garlic... But I prefer to sautee first the garlic kasi mas mabango siya kung naka-brown compared kung inu-una ang onion... Maski unahin mo ang onion, hindi naman nagba-brown ang onion... nagiging crinky ang onion kung inu-una...
Wow.. Ang sarap sana all
for me pumpkin is the best vege to mix with ginataang shrimp.❤
Love to see to this family cooking as their bonding .
That cute little guy you are awesome little boy
Good job mama and Liza, looks delicious. Shell on shrimp, kamayan😄😄😄. Kids will always like the gravy. Andrei, next time you cook "Ginatang Hipon", add some squash. it will give it that extra texture that will compliment the coconut milk. Take care, and I'm always enjoy your videos especially when the whole family is involved.
Woww sarap naman GINATAANG HIPON ❤❤❤HBD LIZA
I laughed when sister Liza said there's Google translate 😆, still need to learn English so they can communicate to locals here easily, and that dish looks delicious anything that is cook with coconut milk is delicious because coconuts have this aromatic oil when cook for long hours and it gives sensual taste to a dish
Wow ! Masarap yan na food 😘😘

Hi there! I'm Erwin OFW from Taiwan, please when you go to my country you make sure whole family try Filipino pride foods, that is adobo, dinakdakan and lechong Baboy ❤️
WELL DONE MAMA OLGA, LIZA AND ANDREY 👍👏👏👏 Vanya you're adorable 😊 ANDREY, CAN YOU GET SQUASH/PUMPKINS AND AUBERGINES? THESE VEGETABLES ARE ALSO NICE COOKED IN COCONUT ON THEIR OWN WITH JUST GARLIC GINGER ONION FISH SAUCE. FRIED FISH CAN BE ADDED TOO. HAPPY SUNDAY 🌈
It is nice cooking in coil coz we filipinos most likely cooking in that way it become the natural and tasty outcome its really bright idea. Love you all there thank you mama olga and family❤
Lola Olga & sister Liza is a good cook.. ❤❤❤
I like your house and backyard .and your lawn and the view .very soothing atmosphere to live in. .
You can cook a lot of things with coconut milk - crabs, sgrimps, fish, chicken, pork...
For the chicken and pork cook them to almost done then add the coconut milk. Some like the coconut sauce thick and cooked longer than 15 minutes
You can cook chicken or pork adobo with coconut milk
Raw shrimp or fish with kalamansi can be mixed with coconut milk, too...itis ceviche or kinilaw in Tagalog or Cebuano
My whole day of weekend, I spent only watching your family videos hehehheehe.
Filipina watching from Taiwan!
Im from watching from Mexico...
Mexico PAMPANGAaaa !!!
Phili peynsss !!!!
Crab or squash is good with coconut milk too🤤yummy❤
This desevrves a sponsorship from Mamasitas and other Filipino seasonings!! Maggi magic sarap baka naman!!❤
A typical Pinoy family always eat together on the table with the kids.. We don't eat one by one. WE have abig table to accommodate everyone.
I ❤ ginataang hipon!
Please use the mortar and pestle by gently pounding the spices first. You can use one hand to cover the top so the spices don’t fly everywhere 😅. Squash is also good in ginataang hipon 👌. Also makes it especially tasty is using shrimp with heads (optional) 😊. To make coconut milk shrimp curry is also a common Filipino dish. Just add curry spice to the sauce and it’s ochen kussna!
This is your channel, you do the hardwork once in a while, all you do is talk and hold camera.
Andrei love your vlog i don't know with thousand of bloggers maybe your humble and supporter bloggers which promotes the culture of the Philippines so most of your supporters are Filipino s anywhere in the world.
I'm from Canada any bloggers around tge world they feature Philippines why even Filipinos are poor and middle class they have time to support.i know money money why they have no time.
And also here i canada too expensive it's only few who can support and that's what Filipino are different and it's not about money that make them happy is the spirit of sharing and giving

Maganda ang place , maluwag at malamig , pumpkin and string beans
Yes Andrey you’re right . We will get tired of reading subtitles. I don’t want to read I because I can. It focus while watching and reading at the same time.
Here’s a Filipino dish called “Ginataang Gulay” (vegetables cooked in COCONUT MILK).
Here is my recipe for it:
VEGGIES:
Pumpkin (Kalabasa)
Green Beans (sitaw)
Eggplant
Okra*
Bitter melon **
I usually add slices of pork to “flavor” the veggies. I also use shrimp for this dish.
Seasoning: Patis (Fish sauce) or Shrimp paste
DIRECTIONS:
Rinse your veggies and cut them to bite size pieces (but not too small that they will disintegrate into the sauce).
In a pan, saute Garlic and Onion until golden brown. Add your pork and continue to saute until meat is cooked. Add water if needed to fully cook the meat.
Next, add your VEGGIES, stir to mix for about 1 minute. Pumpkin and Green beans goes in first and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add the COCONUT milk and stir to mix. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the VEGGIES are cooked to your liking - medium or well done (soft).
NOTE: If you are using Shrimp, it should be added almost at the end of the cooking process. Why? Shrimp, when OVERCOOKED, becomes “rubbery.”
After adding the SHRIMP, stir to mix with the veggies. Once the SHRIMP starts to turn “PINK” in color, the SHRIMP is done and you can turn off the heat or take the pot off the heat and give it another stir or mix. The SHRIMP will continue to “cook” in the residual heat of the dish.
(*) (**) I’m not sure if you have these veggies in Russia.
Sure MASARAP yan... Congratulation...
So delicious Shrimp in coconut milk😮our favorite also happy eating❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
Mornng Andrie and famaly good day and god bless to all happy cooking❤
Yes I could smell it all the way from the US. Yummy 😋!!
i am so grateful for your effort to cook such recipe even though its not perfect..coz there is always a first time😊😊, thanks to mama O and sister L..❤❤❤
Hi Andrey I noticed everytime they cook the main dish, is last to cook, first after you saute the garlic and onions next is the shrimp you need to saute the shrimp first after the vegetable the last is the coconut milk, why shrimp first after onion and garlic, to avoid the fishy smell of the shrimps, even if the meat saute the meat first after the other ingredients. Love watching your vlog..😊
It's much more delicious if you add mussels (tahong) and Salmon heads plus squash flowers and plenty of onions.
Oh senya is adorable baby..
Watching here from Japan I love the ginataang hipon 😊
Wow! Ang sarap niyan, but the thing is I don't eat those turn red when it's cook because I have my allergies on it but still I cook for my son and his family,,, it's very yummy

one recipe for shrimp kalabasa shrimp coconut milk garlic small amount of ginger black pepper cook with remaining sauce not dry.
Shrimp first untill holden fried ang coconut cream axf water right away, let it boil add seasoning and salt or fisb sauce, let it boil n its ready
So happy to see you enjoying our recipies. Mom olga and lisa really love filipino foods.
we Filipinos we put water into the coconut cream pouch, so we still get the residue in the pouch, or in the can as well.
Looks delicious. I'm glad your family like to eat philipino food.. how asome
