This is awesome! Ensaymada in the Philippines used margarine not butter in spreading on the top. Then sprinkle with sugar and put a little salt or shredded cheese don't put salt. Just mix the sugar and salt then sprinkle to the bread while it is still warm to melt the margarine. As for the pandesal just sprinkle a little of bread crumbs while still warm. Try that. We can dip that in coffee, milk or sikwate or chocolate milk or tablea. Hope that helps.

Wow! Butter taste better than margarine. That's why in the Philippines we usually use margarine instead of butter because it is hard to find real butter in the countryside or provinces in the Philippines otherwise it is better to really use butter. Therefore, in my opinion your family's Filipino bread version is kind of better than what we have in the Philippines bakeshops.
The sizes are much bigger, you also use real fresh milk and butter. Freshly baked with love. 😊 A little bit of a twist on your own version is just fine.

I like how Filipino in Russian accent becomes Filipina 😄. Because iirc in Russian O has an A sound depending on the letter before it.
Also a little tip to make Ensaymada to be fluffier is to boil potatoes and use the water that were boiled in.

Wow!… the pastries all turned out beautifully!❤️ I think pandesal is really more of a bread than a pastry… so when you sister thought of making sandwiches with them, that’s actually done also! The “Spanish Bread” or “Lady Fingers” is more of a dessert than bread… Continued blessings to you and your family… 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼 Hubby and I enjoy watching your videos.🥰

Lots of snow. Beautiful white surroundings! I am so happy to see your buyers liked Filipino baked products, so happy to see your mama and sister learning more and more recipes. I wish for your business to grow so big that you will be able to have a more professional kitchen. What I mean is a kitchen with more space, larger machines for the dough and large oven/s. Or maybe a Filipino-themed coffee shop. Good luck! Happy birthday to your brother-in-law also.
