- Taking you inside our kitchen to see what it’s like to open a couture donut shop! We arrived at 6 am and there was already so much done! We always try to have a little fun too… wait til you see how I tricked my Italian business partner, Steve with a pizza prank!
If you’re new, my name is Alexandra Lourdes and I am the co-owner of Refined Hospitality a restaurant group in Las Vegas. This one is Saint Honoré Doughnuts & beignets a couture doughnut shop in Las Vegas. We have 2 locations & have been open since 2019. If you’re ever in Las Vegas, come say hello! I litterally love your work ethic / your whole lifestyle and what a cool / loving and genuine mum you are. Sounds strange but you inspire me alot. I’m nearly 30 alot of my friends are all getting married and having kids, I love that you didn’t have your kids until later.
Do you help out decorating the donuts every single day? Or just as and when?
Kids and marriage are wayyy overrated....enjoy your life....all your friends are jealous of your free bird life style plus they will all be divorced and their husbands all want to hug you 😜 look I said hug not hump 🐫

It's true. She's done an incredibly rare and difficult thing, which is to have a successful business. One that employs people, provides economic benefit to the community, and a service the community clearly wants.
Unfortunately, people will hate on you no matter what.
I look at hygiene. Touching your phone with the same gloves is not hygienic.

Ever since finding your channel, I been eating donuts like atleast 3x a week 🙈🤣 . Definitely nothing close enough to your couture donuts but when I do bite down on my grocery store donut shop I just imagine it's your's 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🙌🏼. Gett it girl!
My favorite donut ive ever had and i cant find them anymore is just a simple sugar doughnut with a scoop of warm apple pie filling n a caramel drizzel n Graham cracker crunbs. Best thing ever ive had. ❤️

I came into your donut shop, (9-28-23) super cute. The donuts were delicious and beautiful. However your staff … they didn’t welcome any other customers in, they spoke Spanish amongst themselves, not engaging with the customers. The three girls working just seemed annoyed that there was customers in the store. I waited at the register to be rung up an extended amount of time, while the girls talked amongst themselves. You have a beautiful product, and your staff killed the vibe in your store, I would not go back to Flamingo Location. You are so happy and bubbly, representing your product online, , I had the opposite experience in your storefront.
Glad you commented. I’m sure she reads the comments and has addressed this. She seems very respectful to her staff and customers. Glad you waited patiently though but I understand you being annoyed. I’m excited to try this food one day.

That upside down pizza's got potential ! What if you used a cast iron pan and grease it with Olive oil before putting the sauce and cheese? Or maybe use that double-sided pan that you can flip

I have been gluten and dairy intolerant for over 10 years and never found a donut I can have that doesn’t have the texture of crumbly cake…your donuts looking incredible! Do you have any plans to do UK shops 🤤🤍

@jayciellis1768 They were SO good! My faves are the Pumpkin Spice - it’s like maple with pumpkin chantilly - and the raspberry brain 🧠 (both seasonal, I know).

Small business doesn't usually pay high because their profits are not usually high. It's all based on the numbers. Small business usually gives raises to keep good employees. :)
@barbaran3205--- A person is not going to be able to buy a home on a cashier job. It's called an Entry Job. Plenty of jobs out there with more education will help someone one day afford a job
