Mazepin: “am I a joke to you”
Yes, yes you are
Nah we expected that its not disappointing
TRUE.
He did not spin in the formation lap so he did miles better than I expected.
Mazesbin
Bless Karun's beautiful little heart.
Hi tommo
Hi tommo
Ik he wont reply but hi tommo
Tomooooo
He is a good commentator ngl
Notice how they were all Mechanical issues or Drivers crashing into other drivers and not just spinning on their own
Funny that. I suppose a driver would have to be really awful to do that.
@@mfelix3511 Yeah but I doubt we will ever get a driver like that in F1
The Mazepin jokes are a blessing from god.
Yea. you're noticing that... Nikita?
Oh so that's why HE is not on the list hahhaha
Fun fact: Ernst Loofs race distance was so short, he didn't even manage to make it to the actual start/finish line.
I was just about to mention that, great fact
@rene dillema literally just the distance of a modem F1 cars width
According to Josh revel he went less distance than a full Jeremy Clarkson
Another fun fact: mazipin has done more time in quali than In the race
imagine your entire F1 career was shorter than the car itself
Nikita Maharassapin was impressive for him
I think he's a really nice guy!!!............ Oh wait I thought you were talking about Russel 🤣
M A Z E S 🅱️ I N
Id say mazespin
At least he did one lap (thanks to Perez)
Can anyone tell me why is everyone making fun of Mazepin? I mean yes, that was kinda funny that he spun, but this whole making an idiot out of him for this incident is just weird.
Also I just love that everyone laughing at Nikita seems to magically forget the fact that Mick did literally the same, just at a different place(lets, be honest, if Mazepin went off whee Schumacher did, nothing would happen)
And I mean that: Mick’s spin was a near perfect copy of Nikita’s spin
What about 2021 rookie Fernando Alonso? He got stopped by a sandwich bag.
XD this rookie yoke again
Idk...I’d say he’s still on track for rookie of the year
It seems to me he has a future... Prolly 2 time world champion?
2001: Alonso rookie of Minardi
2021: Alonso rookie of Alpine
So 2031 Alonso rookie of McLaren
Well he lasted longer than any of these
Something curious about Massa is that everytime he made the first Australian GP for a new team (Sauber, Ferrari, Williams), he didn't survive the first corner. On all three ocasions
You forgot Hans Heyer at the Nürburgring in 1977. In his first race he reached a DNQ, DNS, DNF and DSQ in one race. :-D
If he DNS, it cant be called as a debut
@@barathrajkumar5564 It was a bizar series of events and it was at Hockenheim as F1 didn't return to the Ring after 76. Heyer failed to qualify but was the 3rd reserve should others drop out before the start. After the start of the race he snuck out of an access road to get onto the track (so didn't actually take the start) and carried on, but his georbox failed after 10 laps where the stewards realised he shouldn't have been there anyway and disqualified him from the results. It was his one and only attempt at an F1 race.
The DNS is a bit irrelevant since, well, he did start.
It was a DNQ, DNF and a DSQ, but officially it was just a DSQ as he was disqualified from the entire event.
I wouldn’t say it was the worst. He didn’t even qualify and he still got into the race! (Briefly)
To be fair he did make it 11 laps into the race before he broke down and was dsq
I must mention Roger Williamson to this list with tears in my eyes....
In his debut race England 1973 he was involved in 2nd lap mass crash only to be fatal killed in his second GP, The Dutch GP 2 weeks later.
To me it is jo schless littelary died on his first f1 race
Mazepin can't even make it into a video that he clearly inspired ... sums his career up beautifully 🤣
2:50 You should have mentioned that the clutch failed mainly because Eddie Jordan (as so often) was too cheap to fit a new one before the race. It was already badly worn before the race. (Statement Gary Anderson)
WTF1 are keeping me very entertained within this 3 week gap between races, so thank you guys :)
Agreed
I am saddened you did not, I repeat, did not include MazeSpin in this. Such a shame
He deserves no acknowledgement of any kind
He is still racing. Read the title of the video and you will understand why not included 🙊
@@hanoifilms503 they're saving him for the worst debut of all time video
@@hanoifilms503 They included Schumacher for God’s sake!
@@hanoifilms503 had is past tense, meaning it could of happened just 1 second ago and therefore still able to be inclusive.
It does not state past drivers, retired drivers resulting in and meaning, not still racing.
Vettel speeding on the pitlane the first time he drives out of the garage in an F1 car
I think Lando did same
He was definitely very excited.😂
Lotterer said he only took the drive because he wanted to see what F1 was like, not to start an F1 career
That's a good way to play it cool but he is having a good formula e career.
@@Ronakvevo excellent career in WEC before that too
Well yes, he would say that...
@@officialWWM He'd already achieved everything he wanted and didn't consider F1 the be all and end all
@@fiarandompenaltygeneratorm5044 wasn't it only because the pay driver which occupied the cockpit was behind on payments.
I feel Mazespin was an inspiration for this video.
Funny to think that if Jeremy Clarkson were to lay on his back from the same spot where Ernst Loof started, he would have made it ferther
You know what, i am going to unleash my genius, fuck meters, fuck yards, i shall now be using jezzas as my unit of measurement
Chandhok's debut was even worse than just completing 2 laps in the 2010 Bahrain Grand Prix, his first go in the Hispania Racing car came in qualifying and was unsurprisingly slowest by a country mile.
Slightly surprised Hans Heyer wasn't on the list. His one and only Grand Prix famously features a DNQ, DNF and DSQ, being disqualified from a race he never officially started and didn't even finish
In conclusion... don’t make your debut in your home race...
Nikita mazepin has to be a Gyro Zeppeli student beceuse he knows the Spin
Holy Shit! Is that a jojo reference?
@@vzeltova2329 YES
YES
YES.
YES
YES
Y E S
OH MY GOD, that's the funniest thing I've heard all week.
Me : Saw the title*
My brain :
"Ah yes, did you remember the 'Mazespin' ?"
He did not
i'm guessing mazespins on this list?
edit: he wasn't?
You forgot about Mazepin’s debut, but then again that was impressive driving as far as Nikita is concerned.
I doubt they forgot about it, I mean there’s not a person in the F1 community who doesn’t know about it, but I’m sure that Mazespin’s dismal debut was what inspired them to make this video
i am not even an f1 fan but i was sad not to see Nikita Mazepin.
Mazebin ;)
Honourable mention: Maze-s🅱️in 🤡
just shut up
The mazepin hate has gone too far
Original
@@QasimAli-to5lk No it hasn't
Mazespin hate hasn't gone far enough. Fact he got to race in F1 is a joke.
Nikita Mazepin: 3 Corners.
You need to add Mazepin too.
Only two less that The Michael.
Is there any drivers that we missed ?
Mazepin : allow me to introduce myself
I feel like this video was made just to get a large amount of comments (about Mazepin obviously.)
I would look forward to a feature on the poor unfortunate drivers who fared even worse, by never qualifying e.g. Vincenzo Sospiri, Perry McCarthy, Pedro Chaves, Claudio Langes etc.
In all fairness, McCarthy's year deserves a full netflix adaptation.
@@vanessareniers4670 100% agree
Not to mention one B Ecclestone!
Nikita completed more formation laps than race laps haha
on F1 2014 I started with Caterham and was 6th in the final lap in Melbourne and had an engine failure
omg, that clip of the trip at the movie theater! That's one of the funniest things I've ever seen ;)
i think nikita's f1 debut deserves to be included here
It was a great debut... for him
So Mazespin did quite good, lasting 3 corners
the thing about Karuns debut, I was watching and for those who are unaware he never actually took part in FP1-FP2 or even FP3 his first chance was in Qualifying when he crashed out he said "there was a bump in the track that i didnt even know was there" :(
Not even a "Haha mazespin" joke, literally Mazepin should be here
The entire weekend he kinda looked a fool by spinning often enough, broke the quali golden rule and spun, again, to cause yellow flags during final runs. He got out qualified by a fellow rookie teammate who has a clear pattern of being not very good in his first season in a new category, and then in the race spun out on his own at the third turn and crashed out, entirely on his own
Giancarlo Baghetti won his debut race
Must have felt on top of the world
why is everyone in the comments talking about mazepin but not nikita
Hey guys, remember Riccardo Paletti? He died on his second GP start but was also very unlucky on his first...
Amazing animations, as always.
I feel bad for all of them i dont know why tho 😔
Mazapin watching this video be like "phew"
Schumachers Debut imaginable. You even point out how much his performance that weekend put him on the map, resulting in being signed by Benetton.
Yes his debut RACE did not go well, but the rest of the weekend and especially qualifying was what made his debut strong enough to get him to one of the top teams.
What about Mazespin. His first race lasted 3 corners and DNF wasn’t triggered by anything but himself
We all know what inspired this video
i feel so sorry for mick, if he had a good car he would have a better season, better because he is more like a second year guy
There is not really a reason to feel sorry for him.
Every driver (except maybe Hamilton) started in a backmarker or bad midfield team and has to prove himself in that seat.
I mean, Mick already has a multi-year contract. Haas won't kick him out after this season if he does not fail completely.
@@Rocky712_ Kubica ? Sauber of 2006 was a pretty good car (except in hands of Villneuve )
@@Rocky712_ Rumour has it Kimi will retire at the end of this season, and Ferrari plans to move Mick to Alfa Romeo away from the sinking ship of Haas. I hope it's true.
@@Truenofan86 The BMW Sauber was a midfield car. Compareable to something like late Force India and Racing Point.
@@mfelix3511 Usually one seat of Sauber/Alfa is reserved for a Ferrari driver.
Kimi was the choice of Sauber for their other seat.
Giovinazzi is the current Ferrari driver at Alfa and he does a good job, matching Kimi's pace throughout the season.
I don't see a reason why they should get rid of Giovinazzi just for Mick. It's not like Mick does not have a seat and there is nothing at Alfa what he couldn't learn at Haas. I even think it's better if he stays at Haas. He can show how he can support a development process, which is a main skill for a long term commitment at a top team.
Idk where you heard that rumor.
Me in ES1 (Electric Scooter 1) with a Go failure at lights out the go button never worked
You missed Michael Andretti at McLaren. Must be one of the worst rookie F1 years ever.
Vettel being the fastest to ever get a penalty
Fax
The fact Mazepin is not included in this shows WTF1 is playing politics to not call out the sexual assaulting Nikita to get interviews
Michael Thackwell... Canada GP, 1980... Had to pass his car to Derek Daly after the crash at the start between Jones and Piquet...
Mazapin: Litterary lasts 3 corners and spins everywhere
I think it would be cool if either Tom or Katy commented over on one of these!
We say *YES* to Mazepin!! 😂 🤣
WE SAY NO TO MAZEPIN
we really don't lmao
*Tries to make a point that dreams don't come true
*Shows the goat Micheal Schumacher
🤔
People say michael is a goat
he is actually a human
"there's seven hundred and seventy drives who completed a race" mazepin will never get on that list
Why not? He completed several races last year, best position was 14th.
I’m here faster then redbull goes complaining
I forgot Lotterer raced. The dude is a legend at LeMans. And he's fast as hell too. It's not like he's not good at driving a high downforce car. LMP1s are basically F1 cars with wheel covers and canopies.
Mazepin’s F1 Debut Lasted 4 Corners
Mazespin doing more formation laps than race laps is a gem
Gary Anderson will tell a somewhat different story of Schumi´s debut...
Feel like this video was made purely in response to Mazepin and therefore to generate a video with a lot of comments saying “Mazepin”
1993 F1 rookie Michael Andretti stalls his McLaren on the start of the South African GP then knocks off the left front wheel after a collision
Andre Lotterer is a living legend. It's a travesty how he wasn't given more chances in F1
Ernst loof's entire F1 career was, according to Josh Revell, shorter than a full Jeremy Clarkson
I would've included mine, just to realize i still have to make my debut, which will probably never happen anyway
Ernst Loof was orginally listed as a DNS, not a DNF. But because he rolled away from the grid, it was considered he started and then retired.
Where is Sebastian Vettel , in his debut race for bmw Sauber , he spun of in the pitlane forcing the FIA to BLACK flag him , on his first f1 debut , he bearly scraped a metre , he never got to race on the track , ON HIS F1 debut
Mr. Mazespin's debut was also pretty short, but I think they didn't include him because Matt would explode with rage because of his passionate hate for Mazepin...
Matty: 7 drivers worst f1 debut.
Me: Thinking of MazeSpin.
I respect the clip taken from the walk music video by the foo fighters
Chandok's debut was objectively better than Mazepin's.
A case can be made for Lotterer's being worse because that was his only race.
How about collecting a penalty before even having left the pitlane for the first time during free practice?
Perry Mccarthey. I think that he didn't even manage to get out of the pit lane for qualifying in his debut race. I don't think that he ever actually started a race however.
Sincerely hoping you would update this list to include the one who's name rhymes with kickin da nose pin....
What about Tiff Needell. He did 12 laps in 1980.
Me: sees title
Also me: sooooo I’m guessing Scott’s start to the CZcamsr championship will be in this?
The worst must be Mazepin, he spun out on his own and crashed after 2-3 turns. Most of the others had either mechanical issues or got caught out by first lap crashes.
Lmfao as soon as I clicked the video I came to comment sections to see the hat in mazeSpin 😂😂😂
0:20 OH MY GOD THATS A JUKE
I'm pretty sure it's 700 and something drivers in total because the Indy 500 used to be included in the championship, I don't think those should count as f1 drivers
This channel will forever ignore that driver's existence
Pless make a vidio on the best driver career debut
Andre Lotterer, Marco Apicella and Ernst Loof took Nico Rosberg's meme way too seriously.
When using the tape measure in the Ernst Loof segment, the ruler showed 20 centimetres, not 20 meters.
"I met the criteria to be selected, but I wasn't"-MazeSPIN
770 drivers in F1 and only 110 of them have won a race. I wish I knew odds cause that feels low.
1:17 can someone please tell me where that photo is taken?!
Lotterer’s could’ve been even worse. His car coasted back to the pits and almost stopped Hamilton from making it down pit road after HAM was forced to pit after the infamous Lap 2 incident with Rosberg. There’s video of it from the stands somewhere.
There's a good thread on Reddit about this that explains how Mazepin's is the shortest debut where it's the driver's own fault 😂
I immediately thought of Mazes🅱️in when I read the title
3:20 "massive 90's pile up" Proceeds to show footage from a 1980's film
0:15 Fun fact. Or atleast a fact. The man driving in the dream is the danish actor Dirch Passer.
Mazepin needed this. He's your newest fan.
Riko Sakurauchi and Mahiru Tsuyuzaki's WORST debuts should've been included on this top 7.
TL;DR - The cars and/or the tracks had problems that caused the drivers to perform less than expected and as a result, they were let go. Aka it's all bullshit.
This video is sponsored by Mazespin PR Team.
The driver that shall not be named was missed out as his debut lasted for less time than grosjean spent in a fire
Schumacher Debut: 5 corners
Schumacher Championships: 7
Mazepin Debut: 2 corners
Mazepin Championships: ??!?!??????
Well at least the egg has given inspiration for a wtf1 video, so he has achieved SOMETHING
