Dominos style Garlic Breadsticks & cheese chilli garlic breadsticks | Chef Sanjyot Keer

  • Hi Guys, there is a typo in the recipe, black pepper is written as 1/4 cup black pepper instead of 1/4 tsp. Apologies! Happens sometimes!
    Written recipe for Dominos style garlic breadstick & cheese chilli garlic breadstick
    Ingredients:
    Warm water 1/4th cup
    Sugar 1 tbsp
    Yeast 1.5 tsp
    Refined flour 2 cups
    Milk powder 1 tbsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Black pepper 1/4th tsp
    Olive Oil / oil as required
    Butter to grease the tray
    Oregano seasoning
    Methods:
    Add warm water in a cup, further mix, sugar and yeast and make sure the yeast dissolve in the water well, after few minutes you’ll find the mixture has turned frothy.
    In a big mixing bowl, add refined flour, milk powder, garlic paste and salt & pepper to taste, mix well, further add 3/4th cup warm water and the yeast mixture and mix well, knead a soft dough, add oil to the dough and knead well to make a smooth dough. Knead for 15-20 minutes or you could also choose to knead with a electric beater or a stand mixer.
    Apply oil on the surface to prevent the dough from drying, cover it with a damp cloth and rest the dough for 1.5 hours.
    You must have seen the dough has doubled in size, knead the dough once again to puncture the dough, divide the dough into equal size dough balls and rest them again for 15 minutes, make sure you apply oil on their surface, to prevent it from drying.
    Sprinkle some cornmeal or refined flour and flatten it with your hands, shape into an average size chapati, you can do it with hands no need of rolling pin.
    Sprinkle some oregano seasoning over the flattened dough and fold it in half.
    Grease the baking tray with butter and sprinkle some oregano seasoning, place the folded dough/uncooked bread and apply melted butter over it, sprinkle some more oregano seasoning over it and make incision over the bread.
    Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 250℃ for 15-18 minutes.
    Your dominos style garlic breadsticks are ready, cut with a knife over the incisions and serve hot with cheese dip.
    Cheeses chilli garlic breadsticks
    Cheese chilli filling
    Ingredients:
    Capsicum 1/4th cup (chopped)
    Onions 1/4th cup (chopped)
    Green chillies 1 tsp (chopped)
    Garlic 2 tbsp (chopped)
    Mozzarella cheese ½ cup (grated)
    Oregano seasoning 2 tsp
    Methods:
    In a mixing bowl, add capsicum, onions, green chillies, garlic, mozzarella cheese and oregano, mix well, keep the mixture aside.
    Fr making the breadsticks
    Ingredients:

    Grease the baking tray with butter and sprinkle some oregano seasoning, place the folded dough/uncooked bread and apply melted butter over it, sprinkle some more oregano seasoning over it and make incision over the bread.
    Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 250℃ for 15-18 minutes.
    Your cheese chilli garlic breadsticks are ready, cut it with a knife over the premade incisions and serve hot with cheese dip.

      @@ananyarao5449 As I did pizza perfect like a bread....same for this too I keep own for pre heat for 2 mins at 250° both up and rods on....after this I keep pizza in and bake it at 180° with same up and down rods on....for 10 mins for half bake but for this directly u can bake it for 20 mins.....as per my experience..... 🍕

    We thought to eat garlic bread. we expected it to turn out really well.he showed it so well that everyone who watches it would try to make it. It was so terrible that one would try it by seeing it. It did not even get fluffy. Not following this channel from now very disappointed

    just a quick tip to all those who try to make this - your bread will most likely not change color!!! it will not turn brown!!!
    i know this because when i tried baking, the bread was done in 15 minutes, but since it didn't change color, i turned the timer up, which ofcourse, turned my bread to biscuit 🤦🏻
    so keep checking the oven people!!!!

      I think main thing is that you have to pre heat the oven for 10 mins atleast at 250° after that you have to lower the temperature as per my experience....

      @@eduphile9421 you can put 1 inch of sand or salt at the bottom of the cooker, then place a cooker stand and heat on high flame for 5 mins once the sand/salt gets medium hot, then turn it on low. Now place a tray with the bread on it. Cover it but do not put the whistle. Cook for 15-20 mins. Keep checking after 5-10 mins

    Hi.. the taste was good, I got good rise out of the dough. Though the dought was way too extremely sticky, I ended up with crisp crunchy sticks insted of light airy soft garlic bread.. any fix or solution?? Open to suggestions alterations I absolutely luv to eat this as often as possible ❤️

      I'm assuming you added sufficient amount and good quality yeast,
      Set temperature at 200-220 and bake in middle rack for 20mins without applying butter/oil on garlic bread.
      (U can instead use 1 spoon milk powder while making dough to get browning of bread)
      After baking apply butter and cover for 10 mins with damp cloth.
      This way u will get soft garlic breads

      Yes when you pre heat ur oven u have keep it on....n same wen u keep ur dough inside,later on after 15 mins if it's not baked at the bottom....on only bottom one for just 5 mins at 180°....as per my 🍕 experience.....

    Here it says that bake it at 250 degree Celsius that is 482 degree Fahrenheit. The fire alarm started to ring at home when ever I opened the oven.
