Literally all I use when cooking a steak, has been for years, and I managed to get a pre-teen (10 or 11) to eat a steak, medium, WITHOUT KETCHUP, I could have died happy right then.
To be honest it's for everyone that cooks, I love cooking and those 3 can never be missed in my dishes.

The first recipe is like the most BASIC thing I’ve ever seen him cook but he still made it look fabulous

It might be the first recipe where all the ingridients are available in my next door store, so I might try it actually.

I agree. It looked great but there was hardly any seasoning. My guess is it was a little bland.
@@elroc1 soy sauce is an overwhelming seasoning, and it should be enough plus the lime is a great complement to the taste. I have tried a similar dish but with pork as meat and cabbage as vegetables.
Tried the first one and it was great! Thanks sm! I used smaller rice noodles and it still tasted good.

I'd normally get the instant noodles like 2-3 packs get some pre cooked chicken cook the noodles add a table spoon of red Thai curry paste to a frying pan some noodle water mix then Throw it all in 10 times better. Still only take about 10 minutes

It's amazing how clean his counter is after every dish. Mine ends up looking like a post apocalyptic wreck.
Clean everything as you go. For example when I make eggs. I make my omellete and I fry some onions and carrots chopped. While it is frying I clean my board, knife, spatula and everything else I used. So when I am done everythin is clean.
