me too!!!! i'm so sick of partying lol i'm a sophomore in university. i went out a bunch in freshman year but i feel like i couldn't form any real connections with other people at the time. i like spending time with my friends and watching movies together but i also appreciate some alone time to further my studies or play some games
its nice to hear someone else having an experience similar to mine! :) the more wholesome activities like spending time with friends or just being alone are often more enjoyable than going out haha
You would of gotten that mindset even if it were a high school party. All this time of you seeing a negative image is because the party you chose to attend meant getting booze. You only get negative experience when you keep choosing places where you want booze. When I went to Cal State LA, the only party I go to is just attend video game events. There is no drinking there and people there are comfortable in solitude life and they don't mock anyone who is comfortable in solitude life. Parties do not always have to be about booze, hanging out, and get hung over. Parties can also be coming and going at your own time. I attended parties where people can still do homework with no shame. I can attend parties where my schedule is flexible and doe not interfere with my busy schedule. So it does not matter if it is college or high school party. Just don't get wasted and then you won't have negative image about parties. Just don't pick a party location where people get wasted.

However, I do know of many companies that have programs specifically for freshman and sophomores in college. Some of these include FBU (Facebook University), Microsoft Explore, Google STEP
