- When I got into my room the safe was locked. I couldn't find any hacks on the internet for this model safe. There's no reset button on the back of the door and slapping the top of the safe did nothing. There is a modular connector (like a telephone jack) on the underside of the keypad- I suppose this is for the hotel staff to reset the code if a guest locks themselves out. The great thing about keypads is there is almost always a key combination that opens some hidden menus. One clue to this was that the safe only accepts four digits for a code, however the display has enough room for six.
To open the closed safe, press and hold the LOCK button until the battery indication appears. While holding it down, press the ZERO key a few times until SUPER appears in the display. Now let go of the LOCK key and press all nines until they fill the display. The safe should now open.
My question is why the jell did he have a gun, two mags and a knife in his hotel safe, because it's hilarious.

Confirmed working, my hotel wanted $10 to use the safe, did what you said in the video and can now use the safe for free. I did notice after I entered my own code the bypass no longer worked but my person code did....thanks for saving me ten bucks

The part that people should be talking about isn't that the master code opened hte safe (almost every safe has some way of opening it in hte event of a bad code, afterall, it's pretty easy for a gusts to forget hte code they set) what people SHOULD be talking about is the fact that this hotel never CHANGED the master code and left it as default. THATS the real issue here.
On the other side of this, I'm REALLY glad this little tutorial was here cus it saved me from having to make some embarassing calls when I messed up and hit the wrong keys while locking teh safe.

Thank you, we have our own "Bypass Code" But i forgot how to get into Admin Menu. I actually work at a hotel, and guest had locked a expensive watch in safe, and had to get it out at 2 am in the morning. Luckily i remembered the "code" and was able to do the rest thanks to your video.

That code is actually working because, its the default master code.
A normal procedure is, the hotel gets a safe and change/delet the master code...
Bad administration means bad hotel.

When I hold the lock button, the battery message doesn’t pop up. The screen goes blank and you hear a beep
i have this exact safe at my house and all my spare keys and passport are locked inside my kid locked me out of my safe. how can i get this open without ruining the safe ?

With ours at work you just need to press lock until the word super comes up and then type all 9s

Another hack is to drop the safe slightly as they are rarely secured and put in any code and it will open. I did just that after messing around with a hotel safe.

Did you watch the video? That is proof positive that it DOES work. It may not work for your safe because the software may have been updated or the defaults changed. Nevertheless, it does work. ;-)

Of course it works, the video demonstrates that it works. It didn't work for you and some others because the safe company may have fixed that bug in their software, you're doing it wrong, or that feature was disabled by the safe owner. I didn't make the safe; I just spent a few minutes figuring it out.
yeah here in sleep inn they had a different code..but your method was correct
There seem to be a few generations of this type of safe. I'm in a newer hotel and there doesn't appear to be any sort of workaround for it aside from plugging in whatever goes in the modular jack. Holding down "lock" simply displays error. I've tried a number of button combinations to no avail.
It appears they've corrected this particular exploit. The battery level display is only available when the safe is unlocked.
Not in my case. I simply pressed Lock until it beeped, and without letting go of Lock, press zero and then SUPER showed up (no battery indicator ever came up). The code was still 999999

Of course it works, the video proves it works. Now, it may not work for you because the original admin bypass has been set to something else, but it does work.
