This delicious Kumro Chokka / Kumro Bhorta is made with Pumpkin , red chilli , garlic etc. Which tastes great with Steamed Rice , Paratha or you can enjoy this super delicious quick Kakharu Bharta ( Pumpkin Bharta ) with Roti , Chapati, Water Rice ( Pakhala ) etc. So, learn how to make Pumpkin Bharta / Kumro Bhorta in this video with tips made by Mrunalinee. Ingredients :
1. Pumpkin ( Kakharu / Kumro / Kumrar ) - 400gm
2. Onion ( Piaja ) - 1 medium
3. Garlic ( Rasuna ) - 4 cloves
4. Dry Red Chilli ( sukha Lanka ) - 4-5 pcs ( or as required )
5. Chopped Coriander leaves ( Dhania Patra )
6. Salt ( Luna ) to taste
7. Mustard Oil ( Sorisha Tela ) - as required
