For settings in drastic non . I did not fiddle with it as the menu is so small.. Onion settings before I go to drastic hit the select to show the ++ to overclock, launch drastic and it should work with no sound or speed issue. I haven't used any touch screen games as it uses the D pad to navigate the stylus, to show the stylus hit the power button once the stylus should appear navigate with the D pad to point and and hit A to confirm.. to hide the stylus hit the power button again. I think this works best with games that doesn't require much of the stylus
Could you share your key settings please? I have problem with launching some of the roms requiring touch control

Do you overclock so the audio doesn't bug?
Yes make sure the plus plus icon is there
