Can you show your process of removing the lid, removing condensation, and your cleaning technique you use for the lids prior to flipping them? I’m a little confused about that process. Thanks for all your videos!

We do it all inside the SAB with gloves and 91% alcohol spray bottle. You can always PC extra lids if you want to make sure they are clean when you put the lids back on the correct way with the seal. OR do not flip your lids. Whatever feels best to you.

Great stuff, I've a load of glass petris, jars, polypropylene petris that I need to get working on. I notice you don't towel under the foil as I see most do as a moisture wick, have you tried this at all? Also if the lids upside down outside of the pressure cooker, and you move to sab with ring off. Surely the lid isn't sterilised when you put it back on right side down? I've been wanting to pour or no pour for a good week now and get to work but I'm overthinking everything rather than doing 🤣

Great video but how can you do the FAE ? Your jar are vaccum sealed when they cool, so do you do a hole after ? Or do you exchange the lid with a modified one ?
