@@michaelflagulant Clickbait song, that gets a dislike and a no from me. Thank God, a Leslie wasn't used on this (it's so easy tell if one is there, or not; it's that ugly tall box, invented by a troll who was an opera and silent movie fan). Otherwise, we'd get something out of a dead dago from the 1900s (if the FAST SETTING was on steroids). One of the few times THAT THING is used on this channel. I didn't listen to it and even turned off recommendations for this channel. Got to spread the disapproval somehow.
My mom loved this song. We lost her to cancer in June this year. I knew getting through this part of the year was going to be like navigating a minefield, but I still don't think I was prepared for it. Hug your mom, if you can, while you can.

Baaaaaaby - that voice. I love PMJ and I am a fan of certain singers, but this voice gave me literal chills. I felt a tear well up in my eyes - I can’t explain it. She can come to the cookout and eat first.
I'm not sure if this is going to make sense, but the overlap of Sarah's voice with the woodwind instruments felt like the sea and sky merging in the horizon in a hazy afternoon. It really works.

I've been listening to this song for around 25 years. Everybody else loves it. I never did. This is the first time in all those years that this song has blown me away. This is what the song was always meant to be. Congrats to everybody involved with this production.

Yet, let's one get to the heart of their pain, as if a kind sandy voiced fairy God mother is crying from her soul just as deeply as yourself. As if shouting, I empathize with you pain and lost. Cause, I been there, faced that myself, more times than I care to remember. Or ever wished even my worst enemy to experience. I could go on and on. This sound felt like vintage New Orleans at its soulful best. The older remakes make me feel like I AM in the brothel of ole storyville. Very orgasmic music indeed.😘♥️🌻🦋

I lost my only sister, Angelina, and she passed away in a hotel room. This song took on a whole new heartbeaking meaning to me in 2017...she would have LOVED this version. Thank you for this!! (She loved all things NOLA, we even played the jazz funeral procession at her gravesite). I'm both crying and comforted listening to this right now 💜💛
