Just finished it. It was challenging, yea, but doable. I've been doing her workouts for about 3 Mos, I'm down 11lbs and counting. I'm 68 and have cold, so it was rough to begin with, but I'm getting better and starting to see changes in my appearance. Yay😄💪

What size weight are you using?
I alternate between three and 6 kg. I stay Light in the knee raise exercise, and choose a heavier weight for around the world. The goals for you would be to select a weight that is challenging after about eight or nine reps, but still doable…. Just. It’s a very personal thing and is based on you safely increasing your dumbbell weights when your body is ready. all of my strength training workouts are the same, start where you are and challenge yourself to lift heavier when your strength increases. ❤️

Thanks for your question Aura! I like to start at 1- or 2-pound dumbbells for people who have never worked out before, then move up to 5 or 10 pounds if you’re someone used to lifting weights. 🤗❤️
Fix Ur vol
I was told not to hold dumbbells above your shoulders like that. You can hurt your shoulders.
I think if you have an existing injury or condition with your shoulders it’s not a good idea but if you use the proper form and don’t go too heavy it shouldn’t cause an issue. I love her workouts because you always have the option to use lighter weights or no weights at all.
