Good bless your heart for sharing this. Taking my nails off was a breeze using this method. Thank you so much!
This! Helped so much. It did hurt for my thumbs and pinkies but I’m acrylic free 😂. It took me about 10-15 mins at the most and that’s a stretch.
I have gel polish nails for first time and dosen't remove with foil acetone method. 😕 So I try find other method and your video helping me a lot. It works!! Thank you so much 🙏❤️

@@andreamanzano2723 i used warm/hot water, acetone, cooking olive oil and dish soap lmao 😅 and i did one hand at a time
czcams.com/video/tocyd1UjkEQ/video.html
How long did you soak? Just curious because I’m trying to take mine off too :’)
@@jadep7370 each hand was like 20-30 mins i took my time with it i didn’t want to rip them off my nails i tried to be as gentle as possible lol
How much acetone and how much oil?
Your video is by far the best demonstration ! Thank you 😊
was not expecting this to work. thank you so much ur a life saver
It works!! OMG! I took my acrylic nails off. Some nails took longer soakng. But it was worth it!
Wow, I'm super shocked! 😱 Thanks. 😊
Watching this video after I‘ve damaged my nails. Now I know how to remove it for the next time 😭😭👌🏻👌🏻
my nails r literly bleeding 😍
@@geek8822 I did this method and one of mine are 😍 but that’s because I kept picking at it because I’m inpatient 😭
@@itsn0tjaila891 LMAOOO 😭😭
I bite my normal nails because I dont like nail clippers and then I peel em to keep them at a controllable size like same length as my fingers each its so satisfying I remember dropping one in my drink and drinking it with ice and saying this a lil crunchy and spit it out and I gagged I might just use nail clippers.
Stg 😂
ITS A MIRACLE!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU! 😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you much for this....Because the struggle was Real❤️❤️❤️
I'm going in sis to get these off. I did them myself and they look like dented rocks but a little clear. My first time but it was fun lol something to do n learn rocks.
Thank you!I just got these nails yesterday but I just wanted to know how to take them off for the future so thank you!
It worked!! I had custom press on nails and the glue was hella strong. Warm water, dish soap, hand soap, cooking oil, and few drops of acetone! Took me almost an hour but I slowly eased it out the edge where it didn’t have that much glue (near cuticle bed) with a wooden cuticle pusher!! Your tutorial is a life saver ❤️ Thank you!!
Can I ask what kind of glue you used for your nails? I want a strong one
Cooking oil???
@@aimeekrieg9932 You can use baby oil if you want. The vid also used cooking/canila oil.
@@gbecks3672 Its just a generic nail glue that came in a small pink and white vial. It came with my custom nail set so idk where they got it. Sorry!!
@@peeplup can I use regular nail remover
Use lemon essential oil. Put a drop under where it has lifted. They will pop off
Thank youu
Thank you sooo much
Thank you I’ll try this!! What brand and where to purchase?
Would lemon grass essential oil work ik it’s stupid question 😳
@@capcrunchy1363 I tried and it works really well!
My cousin just did this method and was raving as she was shocked how well it worked. She removed nailed applied with base gel. I'm looking for a way to remove nails where I can save them for future use or for my catalog, I like to look back on my designs.
Heard oil your nails. Use base coat. (Dab oil off of brush onto lint free wipe before re-inserting into bottle so oil doesn’t get into the bottle)
Thank you so much for posting this 💗 ❤ 💖 💜 It helped a lot ❤ 💗 💖!
Definitely trying this today. Thanks.
OMG thank you you’re a lifesaver
It worked thank you !!!
Thanks a million. It worked like magic! ❤
For those with sensitive skin...using your body wash as a substitute for the dawn dish soap works just as well with a little bit of nail polish remover.
Thank you so much for this I have sensitive skin and I would use acetone but I just know my skin won’t like it 😂
@@isasiv2731 awwn ur wlc sis 💖
Omg! It really works. I just used warm water + body wash + nail remover + cooking oil. Tq 🤍
@@avi72 how long did you soak your nails? Do you have acrylic nails?
@@helenng3140 5-10 minutes
Omg!!! Thank you thank you. It worked. I was freaking out cause the acetone alone wasn't working
Wow! I had acrylic gel on my nails and this actually worked!!

@@lachellee acetone and it ruins your nails big time super strong also.

Girrrrllll thank you so much this worked like magic for me
It worked!!! God bless you and thank you!!
What's a good replacement for acetone when you don't have it? Does it work fine without it??
Thank you for sharing - I like this a whole lot better than the thought of soaking in acetone
Thank you so much I tried everything to take them off and I tried what you did in the video and it took longer than 10 minutes but you know you had to soak them back in if one was it taking off
This actually work thank you
I had to try this method and it definitely works! I do just want to say that I had a really bad install and it took be about 45 minutes to remove mine and I had them for a little over 2 weeks (usually would take about 2-3 hours with just an acetone soak). Pain was about a 2 out 10 but again I had a pretty bad install. Thanks for the video!!
Thank you so much this was very helpful.🥰
😊 so helpful and works!
Very effective..thank you😍
Who else is here because they did their nails but hate the colors
It helped me alot, tysm!! 😋
I like to use grapeseed oil or coconut oil to moisturize my hands while using use method to remove my polygel as well!
Thank you for explaining right from the beginning, I was watching other ones and they where taking so long!!!
Thank you for this! Nails feel really good after removing them using this method.

OMG thank u sooooooo much. What I did was I just soaked my hands in hot water and it didn’t work and this works perfectly with no damage thanks soooo much, now I know how to take my fake nails off.
I'm here after getting my nails done with acrylics for the first time I hate them and the girl damaged the sides of my nails getting them done. I'll never get them done with acrylics again
Girllll find a local nail tech in your area on Instagram and see their work, so worth it
Omg same
Same here
Same- though I hate them mostly because I don't like putting anything other than nail polish on my nails lol. Wasn't my choice to get acrylics btw-
Same, she was so rough with the cuticle cutting and made it bleed, she blamed it on me for not doing manicures. Also they all broke off in just a week :/
Are they acrylic or poly gel? Does this method work with both?
I’m just about trying this and it worked like magic , wow thanks you so much for this video ... look warm water acetone, cooking oil and shower gel . Sucked my fingers for not even up to 10m
This hack is amazing and I was able to get it off within 3 minutes!!!
thanks so much it works like magic and I removed all my fake nails :)))
What nailglue do you use?
Thank you! 💯💯💯
This was the most useful video I’ve seen and it actually worked I got a fresh set of extensions and it just took me 10 mins to remove those thank you putting this here💗
Thanks so much for this video, pls I want to know, can one re use them after using this method without it affecting my nails
Those nails are so pretty
New to your channel thanks for the video!
Thank you i can finally breath 😩💖💖
Thank u so much for this... I did it on e spot as the glue was sticking all over my fingers in worked within 15 mins!
OMG!! This actually works, I had poly gel nails, and I soaked them for 10 minutes and they came off. Just make sure you put lotion after because is going to dry your hands
What oil did you use
@@alyc2603 You can just use any oil even cooking oil. That’s what I did and it worked for me too.
this made the skin flake on my hand and fingers. definitely didnt keep that in mind. 😩
101% effective! didn't damaged ny nails at all 😲
Thank you!
What type of oil? And can it work with old acrylic nails that may be painful?
Im going to try this out, I did my own set four days ago but im already wanting to do a different set 😅 so im gonna try, I have olive oil though so I'll try that and see how it works
Did it work?
Very effective..thank you
Worked good for me used a fresh press on nail like the salon to get them off after soaking !
Thank you so much for this! Worked like a charm. I was surprised lol
Of course I’m so glad it worked thank you for watching ❤️
it worked for me toooo ahhhh
Tried this and at first it wasn't working. But I'm determined to get these nails off so I did it again but used much more oil and dawn. I also used vegetable oil this time instead of canola oil. They are actually lifting this time. Also it seems this will be about an hour and a half per hand (since I soaked one at a time)
Iio
can you do this with gel?
I have long gel manicure nails - will it work
Are there any alternatives for the canola oil?
Worked For Me 🌸🎀💕
please have the brown streak on your nail checked also thank you for the instructions. I was soaking my nail with the acetone and nothing happen.
YOURE SAVING ME SO MUCH MONEY IN ACETONE OMG TY TY TY
