As a nail technician there is no need to add nail paint remover and shampoo just a luke warm water will work. Since you have already mentioned its a stick on nails so the application and the removal can be done at home only there is no need to go to the salon for the removal process

I want to try making blank press-ons that are exact to my nailbeds' shapes and roundness since the sized ones are very tricky for me to get right and I wonder if this is possible and a way to do it.

This is not a normal press on nails. This is nail extension with the present technique. They use a different glue which is very strong, so you can’t remove it easily. You have to do this my third or you have to go to Saloon.
