You did a great job ! Very detailed and non repetitive . Thanks
Thanks man, you gave me good advice to clean my gun more efficiently. Great work, you deserve more views!
3:20 That has to be the smoothest disassemble of a gun I’ve ever seen.
You haven’t seen anything then wtf. That was a basic takedown
Can’t wait to get mine in a few days👍🏼
Glock perfection....... simply the best
1:42 love that transition 😁 love that gun, wish i was a yankee to play with it as i please
My first Glock was the Glock 17 9mm I recently acquired a Glock 21 45. I haven’t only heard positive reviews about it.
At 3:35 of video. I pull the trigger, pull the slide back with one hand, then the two slide lock pins down with the other hand but the slide will still not release. Any ideas why?
Question if I wanted to replace the factory trigger on the Glock 21 Gen 4 what can I replace it with and what is the best one I would like your opinion thank you sir
I have replaced the triggers on many Glocks and I will say the best trigger of all of them is the original Glock trigger.
Great video boss man. You are one thorough cleaner. I just brought my glock 21 45acp brand new for 599.99 plus tax. Fired roughly 20 to 30 rounds into it at the range. I may send it to you so u can clean it lol love your cleaning technique
100 rounds sounds decent... Just my thought.. Anyway Glocks are really good guns. 👍
Great Video - Question for you. Just got a new glock 19 gen 4. shot a couple hundred rounds right out of the box. I know what I did is unsafe and I was sure the gun was unloaded as I had to dry fire. After I dry fired and before disassembly I unconsciously placed an empty mag back into the frame. I than proceeded to field strip the glock. I realized the magazine was still in the frame after the slide was already removed. Will field stripping & reassembling the glock without removing the magazine cause any damage to the gun?
You should be ok
Putting an empty mag in the gun and taking it down isn't safe. Putting your hand all over the end of the barrel like this guy did several time in the video is unsafe!
An excellent example as to how to clean a Glock, or any other firearm for that matter. Your cleaning method was a lot better (and simpler) then most of the other videos that I watched on cleaning a pistol. I learned a thing or two by just observing your procedure. I plan on watching it several more times just to get it down pat.
I own the Sig P320 45 full size. Outstanding gun, but it only holds 10 rds. I'm seriously thinking about adding the G21 which holds 13 +1 rounds to my inventory. Your comments about the 21 just about has me sold. Thanks. I subbed by the way.
Thank you for the great comment, I am happy my video was a help. Think about an extended mag for your gun. IT just might help.
You're right. Didn't think of it. Just ordered one from Gun Mag, Thanks
I noticed Alan you never use a bore brush or snake is there reason for that ? Just asking ! You always do fine detail cleaning . K
only when it needs it
Where can I buy your cleaning kit?
I just bought that awesome gun. Even though it's new I don't know how long it's been sitting in the store. I was wondering. Do I have to oil it up before I use it in the range, or can I just go head let it rip as is? I forgot to ask the store owner about oiling it.
Should always clean & oil a new gun before shooting it. Nothing bad will happen if you forget... It's making sure you take care of your new gun by following simple steps.
Good video except for the dry firing. You should be using spring loaded snap caps
Thanks, nice job, not too fast or slow. Why is the 40 mm a miserable round ?
Because it's about 30 mm's to big?
Did you say hexagonal rifling? I thought it was polygonal.
yes I miss spoke. thank you for the correction
Actually, “poly” means many.
Pentagonal means five-sided.
Hexagonal means six-sided.
Septagonal is seven...
Octagonal is eight... etc.
penta-, hexa-, octa-, etc qualify as polygonal without specifying how many sides.
Polygonal means multiple-sided, or multi-sides.
CLEAR AS MUD?
Go back to 3 grade math. A polygon (polygonal) is ANY shape strait sides. That means triangle, square, rectangle, parallelogram, dodecagon, and even hexagon. Just not a circle or oval, or the like. That being said, the Glock 21 has octagonal rifling.
Sweet blue screen backing.
Thank you ... green screen
I let a red haired lady shoot my glock 21 she is 4ft 10 ft tall maybe 100lbs she refused to give it back! I had to buy another one luckly i found one the next week for 400.00 nib. So if you see a little red head evil woman just remember she may have a glock 21 and she is a very good shot.....
that is funny
10mm is waaay more powerful
That is some heavy piece of equipment, looks bulkier than a 1911design . I guess that would stop most perps with a shot or two. "Appearance" is often a deterrent before someone becomes a combatant with the police.
Much like a K-9 does. I like to see the Police using the Beretta 92fs!! But, law enforcement agencies use extensive testing, safety, reliability, ease of use, wear, etc. before choosing the dept's weapon. Wonder if females officers have any difficulties handling it.
The Glock seems to have establish a pristine record for most of these tests. Nice weapon!
+Bob Publicover Hi Bob, Nice to see one of your post again. The 92 fs is a 9mm and the police want the 45. Stops the bad guy with 1 or 2 shots. woman can shoot this as easer as a 9mm. Thanks for the comment Bob stop by and say hello
I never got the back strips.... I guess I was sold a used glock for the price of a new glock.
Which generation is it? I believe they started the back strap swaps on gen 4
@@NekroBroly It's a gen 4...
@@NekroBroly also I see the recoil spring is plastic.(.not the spring) I will replace it with the stronger piece...
@@NekroBroly I noticed the shell casings are ejected with no force.. Maybe 3 or 5 inches away from the gun. My s&w 40 shield ejects shell casings far away. Is this normal for the glock 21?
@@IvanHernandez-hd2si im looking to get the guide rail laser for my 21 and i haven't paid attention to how far the shells go. Sucks you didn't your back straps i hope you got everything else with it.
.40 is better than .45 and I own both
It depends on what you are using it for. If the 40S&W is being used for fun on the range or you are carrying it for self defense as a civilian then both will do the job. But you asked what is better, for 95 % of the things you can do with both calibers I have to say the 45ACP is the all round best round. Thank you for the question.
Its not a better round the 40 has more velocity and more energy then the 45...
.40 glock 22 makes a smaller hole and has more recoil than a .45 glock 21. A .45 hp is a one hitter quitter anywhere on the human body, with less snap. Michael
brown took over 5 .40 hits to the body before collapsing and dying. A .45 hp would have dropped him in 2 hits max
Defend your statement.
@@SpyvsSpy-yl9ip the .357 magnum dominates the .40 & the .45!!!!!
Who taught you how to handle a firearm?
Never point the firearm in the direction of anything you don't intend on shooting.
This guy makes me cringe. What;s even more scary is it looks like he is a pilot.
He is miss handling the firearm, pointing at his hand several times. Bad habits equals bad outcomes.
He said it doesn't have rifling, it has a hexagonal twist specially made. First, it IS rifling. Second, it is octagonal in the 45 and 10mm. Third, it is specially made by Glock just like every other piece in the gun, but it is not a special to Glock. It has been around since WAY before Gaston Glock was even born. There are many guns made with a polygonal rifling.
He also says with his cleaner, you don't have to oil the gun, then he oils the gun.
It wouldn't b such a big deal if he was talking about toy cars, but he is dealing with something that has a lot of deadly potential. I wouldn't trust him with my gun, let alone in an airplane.
I still like the .40
I'm not watching no more your videos because you dis the 40.
Also your cleaning that gun all wrong.
Also left a dislike
And I didn't subscribe
Like we care. Oh and just about every law enforcement department stopped using the 40 … why …. It Sucks in this
And your a virgin
@@AlansFirearms just about every department huh? I only know about florida but every department in my county is carrying a glock 22 so
Dusan Milosevich You’re
WOW!!! I had no idea it was that easy to break down and clean!!!! Is there a better slide release? I have no grip on mine so I just have to pull the slide back when reloading.
