hey i was following something like this an 8/9 days split
1-full (chest & tric foc)
2-box
3-full (back & bic foc)
4-rest
5-box
6-full (legs foc)
7-box
8-rest
is this ideal?
The info was on point, Thanks !
My computer is In repair for a few days I’ll be back with a video which will most likely be the life of Mike Tyson
I train boxing twice a week and go to the gym, but I don't know which plan I should train on because I want to get better at boxing at the same time but also want to have a good body (I don't want to become a professional, I just want to get better), it's good if I create my plan like this?
Monday: pull
Tuesday: Boxing
Wednesday: push
Thursday: rest
Friday: Boxing
Saturday: pull
Sunday: Full body
If you have any improvement please suggest it to me, I really don't know what to do next.
that is a good split but You should be focusing on your legs mainly on The full body . That split is Made for your phisque to look better . I would add something like bench press/ lateral raise and All the leg workouts . At that rate you have pretty much hit all your muscle groups twice already . The split was mainly just to look asthetic while getting better so training legs once a week works well
@@FightBoxing77 All right, thanks for your answer, but since I also want to improve my boxing skills, it would also work if I did full body training 2x a week, boxing 2x a week and pliometrics training 1x a week, plus I jog 4-5 times a week , would it make me better at boxing and build a good physique at the same time?
@@FightBoxing77 For the whole body exercises I came up with compound exercises and I could add another day to the pliometrics training for the explosive strength training to do explosive punches to strengthen myself. Could this all work?
Advices are far from optimal
Most important thing is train to muscle failure
What ure suggesting is impossible without tons of gear, money and free time. If ure a mere mortal working for a living then good luck with that.
I was running a buisness and school ,still did it . Remember G U can get up early , go lift for 30 mins or do calisthenics for 30 mins , come back and go hit the boxing gym . You can never get better if u make excuses u don’t need gear . A lot of guys in my gym do it , some of them are even pro
@@FightBoxing77he's gone quiet now 😅
@@FightBoxing77exactly no excuses
I work 45 hours a week, raise 2 kids, maintain a house, make time for my wife every night, go to the gym 5 days a week and cardio at home on Sunday.
Work from 8-5
Gym from 6-7:30 (son trains too)
Dinner and shower 8-9
Wife 9-12 latest.
Drive kids to school before work.
Wife gets them ready, picks them up, and feeds all of us, I’m also getting laid nightly. We are a very happy family. Kids play sports and music that we always enjoy to watch too. The only thing I’m ashamed of is not making enough time for church.
