My admiration for this guy increased a lot knowing that he listens to “Now We Are Free” before starting the routine.
Ryan makes boxing seem more relatable. I always like Ryan. Very unique guy. Reminds me of the young trainer at my old boxing gym who was a professional boxer. Always go for guys like that. As a boxer myself with a 4-0 record I can tell you that this is pure motivation for me. There is no other way to success other than putting in that work 24/7. Hoping one day I can do this full time and can afford to pay for a nutritionist. Good luck champ!
